Being in the Audio/Visual game we would love to bring some of this vision true. Just imagine if this photo was real… (minus Santa and the Reindeers) how good would the town look at night!

We have some ‘bright’ ideas for the town in the next 12 months.

This week we have been busy with a variation of AV work.

We have learnt this week how to Install wireless Alarm systems which are connect to your home WiFi and can be alarmed by your phone or manually via a keypad - covering doors/windows even gun cabinets!

As well as our usual Aerial/Satellite work we have also been working on a second Cinema room making sure they can watch all the Christmas movies on the big screen (Where’s the popcorn!)

On that note what is your favourite Christmas movie?

A small selection of jobs carried out this week. Our usual sort of work but finished the week off fault finding in a cinema room. We found that the control 4 automation system was failing to connect so had to program back in manually. All back up and running just in time for the customer to watch their favourite Christmas movies 🎄🎥🎬😎

This Cinema room was geared up with a Optoma projector coupled with a Marantz amplifier and Monitor audio ceiling speakers.

Challenging week with weather but we managed to battle on and get through what we could.

This week we have installed
4x Satellite Dishes
4x Aerial systems with feeds to multiple rooms
1x 3 way IP CCTV system supplied and fitted
1x 8 way IP CCTV system supplied and fitted.
1x 4G signal booster

Busy couple of weeks with 2 vans on the go. In the last 2 weeks both vans have covered just over 1200 miles!

Showing we are happy to travel anywhere to fix your TV signals. Aerial, Sky or Freesat we can take care of it all.

We are also seeing a surge in CCTV enquiries with the darker nights. So please feel free to comment or message if you need any assistance/help.

We have been all over once again fixing TV signals as you can see in the attached photos.

We also wanted to say ‘Thank You’ for all the recommendations and putting work our way. We are extremely humbled by the mentions, tags etc.

We are becoming very busy and demand has increased however we have another tech guy on board with a van so we can still get to you within 48hrs of first contact…..We understand TV’s are the main source of entertainment in any home and getting you back up and running is our priority.

Please keep recommending us for any TV work - we now cover from Dunbar to Alnwick and inland past Kelso.

This week we are calling confined space week….
We have been in tight loft spaces, under Caravans and under Floorboards……It brought back memories about the time I worked up in Aberdeen for Sky…..Sometimes we find ourselves in some unusual spaces but it’s important that we trace all the cables as much as possible.

If the weather affects your 📺 system let us know and we will get to you as quick as possible.

What a week!!

We’ve completed 25 jobs and covered over 400 miles.

The transition from taking over from Norman is going smoothly so far and hopefully we can give his previous customers a bit of peace of mind that we can help and maintain his level of service.

In a couple of weeks we have another helper starting to help keep up with the demand. We know TV’s are an important factor in your home and have always been and rectified the issue within 24-48hrs of first Contact.

With the extra help we have the capacity to over a level service that not many other business’s can. Some business’s are so booked in advance that you can wait quite some time before the job even starts, imagine if that was a TV…… you couldn’t wait that length of time.

So take reassurance we will be there to help you.

Customer was complaining of no Freesat service, the old dish was no longer receiving a signal so we changed it for a new one. Signals nice and high, happy days!

We are excited to tell you that this week we have acquired Norman Lough TV’s.

Norman has stepped into retirement after (over) 40 years of service in the Aerial/Satellite Industry, dedicating valuable time in to his customers providing them with reassurance he would get their TV’s back up and running.

It is an honour to take his loyal customers under our wing and we look forward to meeting you all, providing the same level of service that you have been used to.

We would like to wish Norman a very happy retirement - hope Sheila doesn’t need to wash that boiler suit again!

Busy week with again, From Doorbells to the usual Aerial jobs. We have managed to get through all jobs this week.

Started the week supplying internet wirelessly to an office and ended the week installing A new Satellite dish and Aerial on a local caravan park.

We are also on the lookout for someone to join the team, must have some sort of tech knowledge and driving license. More details to follow.
