ROMAN FEST - Happening Today & Tomorrow.

Hull and East Riding Museum is bringing the ancient world to life with RomanFest, running today and tomorrow, Friday 19 and Saturday 20 July.

This free event invites visitors of all ages to experience Roman Britain through live gladiator displays, dramatic reenactments, hands-on craft activities and expert storytelling.

Families can explore Roman artefacts, meet costumed characters and take part in immersive workshops designed to bring history off the page and into the present day.

RomanFest is a perfect way to kick off the summer holidays with something both educational and entertaining.

The event takes place at the Hull and East Riding Museum on High Street from 10am, with no booking required.
