I think as equestrians we know this better than most. Motivation dips, weather cancels play, mechanical difficulties, unexplained lameness all make what is a hard job even harder. Prices are going up for feed and fuel without a positive change in sight.

How can we still show up for our horses and ourselves?

Don't give up if you're going through a hard time. Perfection isn't the goal.
