The window for applications is closing very soon! ⏰

My team will be reviewing all the entries, and I will be personally vetting the top 10 selections to make sure you've got what it takes.

I want to work side by side with 10 of the most resilient men, ready to do whatever it takes to change their lives. I want 10 insane before and after pictures, and I want 10 people I'd happily call my friends at the end of this.

It won't be easy, but I guarantee it will be worth it.... Who's in?

Question of the day: How much do you want it?

I was never the most talented, but I outworked everyone. First in, last out. That’s why I believe anyone can change their body, mindset, and life if they want it badly enough.

I’m looking for 10 men ready to change everything. If that’s you, fill out the form:

Over 20 years in pro rugby taught me a lot about discipline, sacrifice, and what it really takes to make a change.

If you’re feeling stuck, like you’re not where you want to be physically or mentally, I’m putting together something that might help.

Not an app. Not a quick fix.
Just real coaching, with a proper plan, and a small group of lads.

If that sounds like something you need, fill out the form below, and I'll get back to you!

This week on GBR: The Lock In, things get loose. In this special free public drop, we take you behind the curtain of our exclusive members-only series for a raw and ridiculous chat about the craziest initiations, worst moments, and absolute carnage that comes with team life.

Expect golf balls teed off from questionable body parts, rogue French second-rows, a bull costume, and someone nearly being run over by a 4x4 — all in the name of bonding.

This is just a taste of what subscribers get inside GBR: The Lock In. If you like your rugby stories unfiltered and unedited, subscribe now for full access to the madness.

The Lock In is a show for members only and naturally gets a little rowdier. Anything said does not reflect the views or opinions of our sponsors from the main show.

I’ve never put any of my old jerseys up for sale, they’ve always been sat buried deep in storage boxes.

Recently I’ve been clearing lots of stuff out and found a whole host of jerseys, memorabilia and clothing.

Take a look through my kit bag and see what piece of rugby history you want to keep for yourself 🏉

For our last sit-down with the legendary Ben Kay, we chat through the infamous ball drop that still haunts his dreams.

Always a pleasure spending time with Ben, we can both bond over something upsetting happening on the pitch that you lot NEVER want to let go of 🙃📮

The great Jaffa Cake / Biscuit debate?

Seems like a no-brainer with the word cake, but I guess I did always class them as a biscuit 🤨

What do you think?

Accepting your own limits, flaws, and those of others is a huge takeaway from my past 20 years of therapy.

Think about it, I could sit and be upset all day that I can't play professionally but because I have learned to accept my limits, I know it's for the best and just is what it is. On the other side, accepting people for who and what they are, has saved me countless times from trying to change people.

Acceptance is a massive skill for self-development.
