Hi guys so for my local customers just wanted to share this fabulous personal trainer with you πͺ I signed up with Gemma at the beginning of December and even with the Christmas period I am already seeing results, and I look forward to our sessions πͺ I have gone from being completely intimidated by gym equipment to being confident what the equipment is for and loving it.

Not sure what to do in the gym? I speak to so many people who are intimidated to ask the staff how to use the equipment and just use the cardio equipment until boredom gets them. Then there's those who know a little but don't know what weights they should use and how to make progress. I can teach you all you need to know to get yourself started in your gym and keep yourself motivated, within 4 weeks. You'll do 4, 1 hour, 1-1 sessions with me at Gravity in Upton. You'll feel safe, confident and reassured. Feedback from my clients is that I have a unique approach that makes people feel all of the above and leave with a little bump up in self esteem, it's teaching kids that does this, I've tonnes of patience and I can read people well. This is also what helps me keep things fun and interesting. Trust me, if I can keep a teenager engaged you're going to be no problem π
You'll learn:
How to use your equipment in your gym
How to use proper form and get the most out of your time at the gym (nobody wants to stay there all day we have busy lives)
How to avoid embarrassing situations or common errors, like dropping the lat pull down bar on your head when you pull the pin (yes I did that, it wasn't fun)
How to create consistency, which we all know is the key to any goal
How to set small goals that help keep you motivated and learn how to progress those goals to keep things interesting
You'll come away with:
A master sheet with all the equipment you've learnt to use with all the personal reminders and tips you learnt about form during your sessions
A bank of videos for you to check before you tackle the exercises alone
The knowledge of exactly how to plan and progress all these exercises to help reach your main goals
Support for as long as you need afterwards
