𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗠𝗪 𝗱𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗮 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

𝘊𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘦, 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 — Isinagawa ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang sabayang pagsasara ng VMJ Beauty Salon and Spa (VMJ) at JEF & EDS Learning Center (JEF & EDS) sa Imus, Cavite matapos matukoy na ginagamit ang mga ito sa operasyon ng illegal recruitment.

Batay sa imbestigasyon ng DMW, nag-aalok ang VMJ ng mga trabahong hairdresser, manikurista, at nail technician patungong Saudi Arabia kapalit ng inaasahang buwanang sahod na humigit-kumulang Php 35,000. Gayunman, kinakailangan umanong sumailalim muna sa training ang mga aplikante at magbayad ng Php 15,000 bilang training fee, na maaaring bayaran ng hulugan.

Samantala, ang JEF & EDS ay nagsisilbing pansamantalang tinutuluyan ng mga aplikante ng VMJ. Dati rin umano itong ginagamit bilang training center ng salon.
Ang pagpapasara ng DMW ay isinagawa alinsunod sa Closure Order Nos. 17 at 18, Series of 2025. Napatunayang walang kaukulang lisensya o akreditasyon mula sa DMW ang nasabing salon at learning center, paglabag sa itinakda ng Republic Act No. 8042, as amended by RA 10022.

Dahil dito, mahaharap sa kasong illegal recruitment ang mga may-ari at opisyal ng VMJ at JEF & EDS. Isasama rin sila sa DMW List of Persons and Entities with Derogatory Record. Irerekomenda rin ng DMW ang pagkansela ng kanilang business permits sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Imus.

Nanawagan ang DMW sa lahat ng posibleng biktima ng VMJ at JEF & EDS na makipag-ugnayan sa Migrant Workers Protection Bureau sa pamamagitan ng https://www.facebook.com/dmwairtip para sa libreng tulong legal.

𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢, 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 — Ipinasara ng Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang opisina ng Reiven Air Travel & Tours Consultancy OPC (Reiven), at ang kasabwat nitong recruitment agency na Reliable Recruitment Corporation (Reliable) sa Ermita, Maynila dahil sa kanilang pagkakasangkot sa ilegal na recruitment activities.

Ang pagsasara ay isinagawa sa bisa ng Closure Order Nos. 15 at 16, Series of 2025, matapos ang isinagawang imbestigasyon ng DMW.

Batay sa imbestigasyon, nagsasagawa ang Reiven ng recruitment activities sa loob mismo ng opisina ng Reliable, kabilang ang orientation para sa mga aplikanteng inaalok ng mga trabahong fruit picker, farmer, truck driver, at welder patungong Poland. Inaalok ang mga trabahong ito kapalit ng sahod na humigit-kumulang ₱90,000, habang sinisingil ang mga aplikante ng halagang ₱70,000 bilang processing fee.

Ngunit bago makadalo sa orientation kung saan ibinabahagi ang mga detalye ng mga trabaho, kinakailangan munang makakuha ang aplikante ng referral mula sa Reliable.

Nabatid din na ang mga taong nagsasagawa ng orientation ay umano’y mga empleyado ng World Bridge Recruitment Spolka Z.O.O., isang foreign placement agency na nakarehistro sa DMW at nakabase sa Poland.

Nilabag ng Reiven ang itinakdang batas sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 10022, na mahigpit na nagbabawal sa mga travel agencies na magsagawa ng anumang recruitment activities. Samantala, ang World Bridge ay walang kaukulang Letter of Authority mula sa DMW, habang ang Reliable ay walang aprubadong job order para sa alinmang trabahong iniaalok patungong Poland.

Dahil dito, mahaharap sa kasong illegal recruitment ang mga opisyal ng Reiven at Reliable, at isasama sila sa DMW List of Persons and Entities with Derogatory Record. Irerekomenda rin ng DMW ang pagkansela ng kanilang business registration sa Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at business permits sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Maynila.

Nanawagan ang DMW sa lahat ng mga naging biktima ng Reiven at Reliable na makipag-ugnayan sa Migrant Workers Protection Bureau (MWPB) sa pamamagitan ng kanilang page https://www.facebook.com/dmwairtip upang mabigyan ng libreng tulong legal.
