This beauty was not happy with her eyebrows and wanted to improve the shape. She presented with a noticeable asymmetry of the brows due to an overactive muscle over one eye. Tear troughs & hollow eyes dermal filler✨

When treating the delicate under eyes, we assess the surrounding areas before considering adding anything to the tear troughs. For example, if there is medial cheek fat loss then this would need to be addressed first to create a foundation for the tear troughs filler to sit on top of it. The other thing we look at is hollowing of the orbital rim which can cause a shadow under the eyes. In most cases, the entire under eye requires rejuvenation not just where a crevice can be seen.

Lower face balancing, contouring & transitioning✨

This beauty was not happy with the overall appearance of the lower third of her face. She has a full upper & mid third face but was very weak on the jawline & chin areas. We measured her up and restored the chin & jawline projection to support the surrounding pre-jowl tissues. We then restored lost volume in the chin shadows and gave her a mini pixie nose tip to complement her side profile.

Following the dermal filler balancing, she had a Nefertiti lower face lift using Botox to rejuvenate the depressor muscles that where pulling her lower face down to effectively pull her jawline up and slim the neck
