If you had three words to describe me it would definitely be fun, outgoing and ambitious. A not so traditional Karachi girl born and raised in Dubai. 🇦🇪

Hum sub ko woh kahani pata hai, larki larkay say milti hai, mohabbat hojati hai ❤️ and woh sub kuch pack up karkay duniya kay dusray konay may move hojati hai ✈️ Meri bhi yehi kahani hai.

Imagine my shock the first time I heard my Brummy husband belting out Abida Parveen and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan in the car! Despite living in a Western country, his Dil Dil is Pakistan. 🇵🇰

Yeh confirm hai ke humme Pakistan se nikal sakte ho, laikin Pakistan humare andar se nahin nikal sakta.

I graduated in Multimedia Design and after working in a corporate company I soon realized that I didn't enjoy working for someone else. After my daughters birth I began freelancing as a graphic designer. 2 years later I now run my own Brand and Packaging Design Studio.

"Khawla ko dekha hai, usnay 26 ki umar may kya kya kar liya" That’s the impact and legacy I want to have.

🎙Meet Host #1;

Funny, positive and open minded…yup, that’s me! This short bundle of energy was born and raised in Amsterdam to parents who were from Rawalpindi, the Pakistani city of big bazaars. 🛍

I moved to Birmingham, UK to be with my desi Bri’ish husband 💍. I discovered that this corner of the country is filled with desi people and is basically a Little Pakistan. Yahaan araam se tikke shikke, gulab jamun aur bohot si maze ki cheezain araam se mil jati hain.

From a Graphic Designer to being a Production Assistant on a live television talk show in the Netherlands, to now being a host on our very own podcast. I’ve always been passionate about working in the media industry 🎬. Batain karne ka to waisi hi mauka chahiye mujhe and now I’ll be able to discuss so many different topics with you guys! So are you ready for some GupShup with me?!
