Back in Birmingham for another shoot! It's always refreshing to have the opportunity to flex our creative muscles and take an ordinary interview setup to the next level. Plus adding a touch of colour never fails to bring a smile to the team's faces.

Back in 2022 we created a heartwarming charity video for First Class Foundation. Helping to promote a small local charity allowed us to give something back to the community and it is certainly something we are proud of at Team V. After another extremely productive team day over . Both Lee and Victoria assumed the other planned our fun activity for the day. Luckily for us, our ever resourceful Producer Jen suggested a blind crisp tasting challenge. All things considered we finished the day on a high with full stomachs. She also brings a packet of tortilla wraps to every company team day in the hope she’ll eventually get to hit Lee in the face with one.

How yoo dooin? This is Alex, our alluring production assistant. We often get asked about entry level jobs and how to get a job in the film industry. One of the things we do when looking at CVs is skip to the back and see what else a candidate has been doing. Do they make stuff in their spare time, how passionate about the industry are they? If they went to uni did they take advantage of that opportunity to make more than the minimum. During Covid, unable to find paid work, Alex and his friends went into the woods and made a feature film together. No-one’s saying this is what you have to do. But bear in mind this is what you’re up against. He also nonchalantly beat in a movie quiz, about which Lee is definitely not seething. We also learned this week that Alex hasn’t seen Bad Santa, so hopefully he’ll get chance to sit down and watch it with his Mum this Xmas.
