🚲 Get ready – Cycle September is coming to Birmingham!
The countdown is on – Cycle September starts 1 September, and everyone’s invited! Whether you ride every day or haven’t been on a bike in years, this free, fun challenge is open to individuals, workplaces, schools, and community groups.
How it works:
• Ride anywhere, for any reason, anytime in September.
• Earn points for every mile, every day you ride, and each person you encourage.
• Compete on leaderboards – from organisation vs organisation to top riders locally and nationally.
• Win prizes – including major cash giveaways and Love to Ride’s limited-edition summer T-shirts.
It’s all about having fun, enjoying the ride, and maybe getting a little competitive along the way.

Birmingham Public Health, Forward for Life and Common Unity are organising an exciting community cycling event to conclude Birmingham’s first Su***de Prevention week. Set the wheels in motion…cycle for su***de prevention. To register as a cyclist or volunteer, visit: https://forms.office.com/e/impNEhXXSn

Join the ride on Sunday 14 September from 10am to 1pm for a day of cycling and open, compassionate conversations about su***de. The route starts at the Ikon Gallery, with stops in the city centre and Edgbaston. Each stop is a chance to catch your breath and connect with other cyclists, whilst learning about local resources and discussing how to better support friends and family with representatives from Birmingham Public Health, Forward for Life and Common Unity.
