Someone told me i'm too into politics and probably shouldn't post so much about what is happening right now.

I've always taken an interest in world events, but this is different. This isn't about politics at all.

I spend every single waking hour, hoping and praying for lives to be spared and humanity to eclipse the hate and contempt that has been shown to the people of GZ. I'm deliberately not saying names, because FB has ensured that my posts will not reach any of you.

From my first post about GZ, it reached a few of you, but from that moment, my posts have been severely ristricted, as have the posts of my other friends who are talking about the m*rd*r of innocent civilians.

I'm so proud of those who are able, and are willing to talk about what is happening, and those taking to the streets, or writing to their MP's demanding a change of course, language, and and end to the endless gas-lighting that they are complicit in.

The world's eyes are open, and it has served a great purpose to expose not only the evil that exists in the world, but the people who openly support it, through the thin veil of ignorance and colonial pride.

As many people have said. What gave the UK the right to divide and give away a country, to a minority group, at the expense of the indiginous population, forcing over 250,000 people out, by force, to ensure a majority of J*ws in the st*len land.

I will not stop speaking out, even if my posts reach not one person. This is akin to a diary entry. I need to release my anguish, dispair and absolute contempt for those endorse, and facilitate support the taking of so many innocent lives. I need to look at myself in the mirror, knowing myself, and my beautiful family and friends are all safe and well, living in a country where there is no threat to my life.

I'm also conflicted, as I have to face the reality, that dispite over 90% of this country, being horrified by the events in GZ, and the WB, and demanding an immediate ce*sefire, that our priviliged and elitest front benchers, our ministers and leaders are working in total opposition to those who elected them and gave them the power to speak in our name.

I say this. "NOT IN MY NAME".

I demand to see these people in the Hague, and I demand that this government are reminded on election day, the position they took, in stark contrast to the overwhelming and abundantly clear sentiment echoing around the country from people from all demographics.

I feel ashamed to be British, and ashamed that for so many years, i believed in the opposition party, both in the UK and in the US.

You have removed your veil, and shown everyone what lurks beneath the empty words and promises you made to the British public when vying for our votes.

I will NEVER support ANY political party that supports state sponsored t*rr*rism.

I feel sick, i feel embarassed, and i feel so helpless

I don't know what to do, or how to help, or even if I can. Until i work it out, I will continue to speak out, and encourage others to do the same. I will march alongside you, I will engage with both supporters of PS, and do my best to educate those who have fallen foul to widespread manipulation and Zi*nist propaganda.

To those trapped in GZ, and those suffering in the WB, I weep for you every single day. I pray for each and everyone of your lives to be spared.

One day, this will be in our history books, and talked about by future generations.

What's happening now isn't another conflict, it isn't a w*r,

it's an annihilation of a proud people, who refused to bow down to occup*tion, t*rr*rism, and being treated like caged animals.

For anyone reading this, I wish you peace and hope.

Like a pheonix, the people will rise from the ashes, and the perpetrators of this b*rbarism will pay for all their cr*mes.

Maybe now you will understand?!

So i'm at home relaxing, having a beer after work, thinking about what i'm going to have for dinner when the door knocks.

It's a couple of guys who tell you they're from the other side of the village.

They tell me a story about their mate, Steve, who was born up the road, who used to live in my house, and he's looking to move back to the area, would i be interested in letting steve have the house.

I say, i'm happy here, and i actually know steve, he used to live with me and another guy back in the 80's, but it was always my home. I was the one who paid the mortgage. Me and steve got on well, and the other christian lad, i forget his name.

I said to the guys, i'm not sure who sent you, but tell steve he's always welcome to be a guest in our home, but it's not for sale.

One of the guys said, oh no, he doesn't want to buy the house, he just wants the house. You would be able to have the small box room, but the living room, the en-suite bathroom, and the kitchen would be steves.

I'd had enough, so i kindly sent the gentlemen packing.

About 3 hours later, i receive news that steve has met the 2 lads who were at my house, and the lads had given permission for steve to come over to evict me from my home, unless i bow down to their demands that i move into the box room and let steve have the rest of the house.

Now i don't what sick game this steve and these blokes were playing, but i wasn't having this. I spoke to a few of my family and they laughed as they said, is this steve and his crony's smoking spice or what?

Well before you know it, low and behold, steve's back, and he has an attitude. He started shouting and screaming, this is my house, i lived here before, and my 2 mates will force you out of the house completely if you don't get in your little room.

Really?

Yeah really, boy.

It was on.

The fight ensues and steve is fighting dirty. His boys have handed him knuckle-dusters, gave him a shield, and out of nowhere, this m**o has a gun. The same people gave me band-aid and said if i behaved myself, the offer of the small room was still on the table.

I can't remember much, i couldn't take being beaten anymore, but i knew i was about to pass out,

After a few weeks, steve tells me that his cousins are moving to our town and i'll need to make space for them in my room, but they want to be away from the drafty window, and also that they want my bed too.

Once again i relent, but i'm growing tired of this now. I have some burly friends too. I'll call them and get steve and his cousins out.

I ring the biggest and most powerful of friends, and i say to him, do you remember steve who lived here back in the day...... and i proceed to explain the aggression I had just experienced.

My so-called friends appear outraged, but one says the strangest of things in response to the onslaught of abuse i'd put up with on account of steves aggression.

He said, i will speak to my other friends and i will see if we can come up with a solution whereby you and steve can share the house.

I say hell no, it's gone too far, he's left me with a mattress in the corner of the smallest room in my house. I want my house back. Why are you all defending Steve.

This angers my friend. How dare you say bad things about steve, you hit him and he was trying to be rational and calm, and he does have the right to your home, and he has a black eye for gods sake.

What??

He broke my ribs, bust my eye socket, slapped my wife and p*ssed on my bed.

Yeah, but technically it is steve's house, because we gave it to him, and now because of your hostility to our-steve, i think it's best you stop with your antics, before we all take escalate the violence and abuse. You either live on the street, or we wipe you off the face of the earth.

F**k this, i'm going to the papers with this. I'm getting you out the house.

A week goes by, i've spoken to local reporters, been on radio and even bagged myself a tv interview. My story will be heard.

I made the front page. Here it is. This is my moment. I can finally expose the horror of my life since steve took over.

Wtf is this??

Returning hero Steve attacked in own home by savage squatter.

A local hero defended his home, when confronted by a deranged squatter. The man had recently inherited the house, after the previous landlord, a family friend left in a declaration, the 3-bedroom residence in Wiltshire.

The community has rallied round the hero, providing essentials such as money and food, and some thought it necessary to provide a stab proof vest, guns, and knives to the hero, so that the deranged squatter would never feel so emboldened as to want to attempt such an unprovoked attack again.

This was the start of the end, not for me, but for steve. Someone had recorded the attack, people were talking, steve's inheritance turned out to be a red herring. I'd been lied to, steve had just wanted to take my house from me all along, by brute force, because he was big and i was an easy target.

What shocks me the most, is that until this video was taken, no one cared about me, no one listened to me screaming as i was been brutally assaulted, in fact they said the groans of pain were steve, pleading for mercy.

What happens now, i don't know, i just know it's all about to kick off, but one thing i can say for damn sure. Steve is not having my house. This is my house, for my family, and steve can just p**s right off.

The End

The mind is a weird place.

I feel that today, i should be jumping for joy, knowing that Boris has finally resigned, unable to cause more damage to the country, but instead of feeling jubilant, I feel completely numb.

As someone who follows politics closely, and being a person who is quite outspoken about current events, I've got to the point, where I wish I could become completely ignorant and blind to the new norms that exist in the world.

In todays world, and particularly highlighted within the world of politics, it's becoming increasing obvious, and evident, that we are now entering a new phase in our supposed evolution, and are about to be consumed by a new world order.

This is a place where aristocracy, oligarchy, corporations, and the capitalist system, are in direct conflict, with, an informed working/middle class and 'perceptive' people, trade unions, independent media companies, and activists who are witnessing the world, disappearing into a void, consumed by negative energy.

The elites collective phyché is, with every day, becoming evermore right wing, sadistic, and cruel, polticians, corporations and media organisations are collaborating, in lock-step with each other, to eliminate our rights, while extinguishing all potential threats in advance.

This advanced plot began, as i have stated for years, with the data harvesting of all of our digital information, tracking our movements, finances, iinterests, likes and dislikes, and most importantly, discovering what induces joy or rage within people, and how that can cause someone to act.

Events such as terrorist attacks, civil unrest, industrial action, protest or activism, causes disruption in the major markets, in real-time, and during these times, fortunes can be made and lost.

Corporations are making, year on year record breaking profits, while the gap between rich and poor is widening at an alarming rate.

Govenments across the world are leaning more to the right than ever before. France was so close to electing a facist, Marine Le Pen, The U.S are allowing individual laws that ristrict and roll back human rights and womens rights laws, while allowing racist voting laws, geremandering, and are now taking up cases that will further violate peoples basic rights.

The Republicans who will cry if you make them wear a mask during a pandemic, causing an untold amount of needless extra deaths, who will never consider sensible and popular gun laws after daily mass shootings, because it violates their rights, yeah, those people want to control womens rights, under the premise that they are pro-life. Give me a break.

Then you have the democrats, who are completely inept, impotent, and incapable of passing any policies, who are bullied by the minority, and turn on progressives in their own party, who want to write laws that are overwhelmingly popular with voters.

They stand by while the ultra-conservative supreme court, which is supposed to be impartial, is all set to overturn years of president, with upcoming cases, fresh after dismantling Roe VS Wade.

Corporate interests and carefully crafted propaganda, are fracturing our society, creating divisions between all factions in society, that are drowning out anyone with good will and intentions.

The fact that people, will blindly follow, their political party or leaders, like lemmings eager to jump head first into the precipice, in reverance to their master is shocking to me.

It's crazy that when reading more and learning more about our corporations, that the outlook appears so bleak, and one could potentially lose all hope or perspective.

I don't know how so many things have been allowed to happen, and slip past the majority of people in the world. I think it's proof that years of data harvesting, has allowed the powerful elite, to inact their agendas with minimal resistance.

I believe the fight now, for the majority of society, is to become more aware of the erosion of rights, including your right to protest. You are becoming poorer by the day, and those industries that are levying these high costs against you, they're being subsidised and propped up by governments, and the government are being enabled by a selectively blind, and scared media, who are beholding to their billionaire bosses.

I hope on day's like today, where one dangerous man is removed from the political sphere, we can only hope that good prevails, and people stand up, before we are no more than compliant victims, with stockholm syndrome, working just to serve our abusers.

So many ridiculous stories make headline news in the U.K, but this hasn't even made the news.

If you ever needed proof that black lives don't matter to our government, or to many in the western world, this is yet more evidence of that.

We look at the U.K's racist policies when dealing with brown faced asylum seekers, with their Rwanda policy soon to become law, aswell as the U.K's determination to withdraw from the European Council of Human Rights, instead introducing their own U.K bill, which will dilute the rights of individuals.

We rightly welcomed fleeing Ukrainian refugees, even giving British families an income for taking those refugees in, and we were happy to help people from Hong Kong to the U.K, following China, starting to clamp down on citizens rights and the laws people had followed for many years.

But people from Hong Kong aren't white, i hear you say.

Hong Kong is a rich and developed country, where the people are well educated and often have good incomes. This is what Britain wants. People who can spend their money here, not poor brown people from Africa or the Middle East.

If you are fleeing these countries, you can claim asylum, and even if successful, as most asylum seekers are, after proving they're fleeing war and persecution, their gift; is the ability to live out their lives in Rwanda.

There is NO PATHWAY for them to come to the U.K to live, even if their families are here.

Now look at these poor people below. Beaten, tied up with cable ties, and many of them massacred.

How do you feel about this?

We need to realise the world we are now living in. Rights are being stripped, the poor are constantly being trampled on by governments.

Tech companies are monitoring our every move and selling our data to the highest bidder.

Food insecurity is very real, while millions of tonnes of food is going to waste on a daily basis, or being used to feed live stock, while millions of people are dying.

We have wiped out half the animal population since the 1950's, and we are killing the planet.

Is this the world you envisioned living in?

Is this Evolution?

Human rights disappearing
Womens rights almost gone
Black lives still don't matter
The richest companies receiving record profits, while people starve, or in developed countries, go to food banks and work full time just to keep the lights on and food in their bellies.

We are being shown everything, the problem is, the world is becoming numb to poor people suffering, while the rich get richer, and through a corrupt media, place all the blame on those suffering the most.

What kind of world are we leaving for our kids to inherit?

Topic- Violence against women/ female experience of online spaces

I type the last sentence, quick glance to check for a somewhat overzealous spell checker, then post. I sit back, my heart pounds, though I wish it wouldn’t. I wait for the soft ping of comment notifications. I know they’ll come and I know I won’t like them.

What have I posted, you may ask? Saucy diary entry? Half-dressed selfie? Not really my style. Something ranting about The Tories? More my style but not this time. No, I’ve posted a comment on a public post about violence towards women.

The first time I did this I genuinely didn’t feel it was controversial. I was stating what I felt was fairly largely accepted fact- that women can not end violence towards women, men need to step up.

I quickly learnt that many men don’t agree.

I have noticed a frequently occurring theme. I post something fairly lengthy. It’s usually heartfelt, I’m a passionate person, but not overly emotional. I include facts and figures, statistics where I can. I point out things like;
-137 women a day are killed worldwide by an intimate partner or family member
- 85000 women were r***d last year in England and Wales and only 15% of those felt able to report it to the police.
Violence against women is very real, it happens all the time and every women is acutely aware of it.
Men ask me when I was assaulted or r***d (who knows what they’d do if I did discuss r**e or sexual assault?!) They ask if I’d like to experience it. They try to posit that I am prejudice and ‘banding all men together’. I get the glorious .

I discuss facts from “Invisible Women: Exposing data bias in a world designed for men.” Many men seem to believe that if they don’t r**e women they don’t need to alter anything. What I am trying to highlight is that rapists don’t go from one day feeling that women are equal to the next day feeling that “No!” doesn’t matter, women are nothing and they’d like to dabble in r**e. It starts with believing women aren’t important, aren’t equal, aren’t valid. That looks like sexist jokes, workplace practices that negatively impact women more than men (restricting toilet breaks, penalising days off for childcare, expecting longer working days etc), leering, texting too much, anything without consent, not listening, not believing, talking over and minimising.

That is exclusively met with men talking over me, belittling me, not listening, minimising my lived experience and generally showing that they do not believe I am making a valid point, because it isn’t their lived experience. All with not one tiny bit of a sense of irony.

So guys, if you find a comment challenging maybe take a moment to step away from your keyboard and reflect on that. Maybe it ISN’T meant for you. Or maybe it is. Maybe the women in your life are oppressed in a way you are not, maybe in a way you didn’t realise.

I am not asking to be rescued, or for men to never ask a woman on a date. I am asking for men to amplify the voices of women, because the people who can make real change aren’t listening to us alone. I am asking you to look into who you vote for- do their policies help women reach equity or oppress us further? Be aware in your workplace and your social space, is everything you enjoy as accessible for the women? I am asking for awareness and acceptance. I am asking for you to listen and believe. I am asking you to act in a hundred small ways that make a multitude of positive changes to women.
I’m taking a deep breath, a quick spell check and……….

News UK and GB News are new opinion news channels that will be airing on U.K television screens in 2021.

News UK, is the latest propaganda venture, created by Rupert Murdoch,

GB News was created by Andrew Neil.

So what does this mean for mainstream news channels? and what of the concerning rise of right wing news channels, competing with mainstream news outlets?

In reality, we should welcome opinion news, as we learn the political or social leanings of the individual hosts and the channel as a whole, but given that Rupert Murdoch, through his ownership of one of the largest media propaganda machines - Fox News, which has spread countless lies and sewn hate, racist vitriol, attacked many ethnic and marginalised communities, it's crucial that we take note, and realise what this could spell for the U.K.

During a time of great political and social unrest, and in the midst of a global pandemic, truth matters, and so does unity.

We're presented with 2 potentially dangerous lie factories, entering the political arena, presenting news stories and a narrative, that serves to further divide and control where inluence lies.

We will be doing a special report on 27th Feb to discuss this issue with a radio presenter/reporter for mainsteam media.

Racial Inequalities begin before a child is born...

"Racism affects so many things before the patient even gets to the clinical encounter. Both implicit bias and structural racism affect how women are cared for in the health care system." (Dr. Allison Bryant Mantha).

The death of George Floyd has highlighted the many racial inequalities still apparent in everyday life not only in the USA but around the world. Since the 25th May 2020 the Black Lives Matters Movement has gained massive momentum across the world with thousands taking to the streets to protest the hundreds of innocent and preventable lives lost each year due to systematic racism.

I think many of us where aware of the extent of racism still in our society long before George Floyds unlawful killing but it took an 8 minutes and 46 second video of a man taking his last breaths to ultimately pivot a change, which has finally got the world talking about these problems many have suffered quietly about for so long. The Black Lives Matter Movement has not only highlighted the racial injustices within the Police and Criminal Justice System but also has highlighted other keys areas such health, education and economic disadvantaged faced by BAME groups in particularly black people.

Structural inequalities in our society play a leading role, impacting socially and economically on health, wellbeing, stress, diet, employment opportunities, educational attainment and social housing conditions. I don’t think we can talk about inequality and racism without recognising that in fact health, education, social, economic all go hand in hand. Each of these factors has detrimental impacts and knock on effects to the other. If you an ethnic minority you are more likely to live in poverty compared to white groups which then leads to low educational attainment, poor health and higher unemployment, therefore having negative impacts on all areas of a person’s future. Black and minority ethnic (BAME) households in the UK are over twice as likely to live in poverty as their white counterparts (Social Metrics Commission).

More recently i learnt that black women are more at risk of complications and death during pregnancy compared to white women. I don’t know about you but this shocked me in the year of 2020 living in what is known as Great Britain. I just can’t fathom how such huge disparities can exist yet have been ignored for so long. After reading the chance of death is 1 in 2,500 for black women according to the UK Confidential Enquiry into Maternal Deaths. I couldn’t get this figure out of my mind as a business owner aimed at pregnant women and as a BAME woman it was a matter i had to dig deeper into and feel passionately about, which needs highlighting to the rest of the world.

After that Black women in the UK are five times more likely to die in pregnancy or childbirth than white women, according to a 2019 report published by MBRRACE-UK, it prompted me to start looking at the potential causes for these figures. I began to rationalise the situation eg maybe black women are more at risk and less understanding about illnesses like sickle cell or that black people lack more vitamin d or the fact that diseases like diabetes are more prevalent in black communities. This surely must play a role but did not add up to the extent of inequality in maternal deaths depending on skin colour, so i had to dig deeper.

A long standing argument Medical professional have long assumed the death rate can be explained by pre-existing conditions amongst black women such as high blood pressure, or the higher prevalence of complications such as pre-eclampsia.

Janet Fyle, a senior midwife and professional policy advisory disagrees, she is adamant that underlying prejudice among midwives is a crucial factor in the deaths of black mothers: “Black women are categorised according to a white perspective; they are not believed, this notion of them having a higher threshold for pain and these biases mean that we miss serious conditions or the opportunity to escalate serious changes in the woman’s condition in a timely way.”

These problems also exist in the US and have been highlighted by Beyonce and Serena Williams in recent years, both these high profile women have English as their first language, are wealthy than most, yet still had a similar experience to many ethnic woman across the world, which begs the question of why. Both woman have spoken out about the pain they experienced and how it was ultimately ignored by their pregnancy health experts. In an interview with Vogue Serena highlighted the health risks that can come with childbirth and how racial bias in the medical field can have dangerous, even life-threatening results for black women.

All the data confirms is what many black women have known for decades that pregnancy will be challenging for them and at its worst fatal.

A parliamentary petition was launched in March 2020, in the hope that there would be greater government support in tackling the root causes. Despite the petition reaching 180,000 signatures, it is still awaiting debate, and the deaths of black mothers continue.

Rachael Buabeng who was a victim of racial bias in pregnancy says: “What maternity services need is very, very straightforward. Treat every woman as an individual. Believe women when they say that they will feel pain, believe women when they say that something is not right. Believe women when they say that they are concerned about something and don’t brush it off.”

We need to continue to highlight these disparities until medical professional begin to listen and begin addressing the inequalities. More research and training is needed on black women in pregnancy so health professional have the tools and confidence to treat such pre existing conditions. But ultimately my research has proven that more compassion and equality is needed amongst pregnancy professionals when caring for women of colour. If we combine these we will see the morality rates in pregnancy for black women decrease. This is an issue that can no longer be ignored and we all have a responsibility to address.
