XANDER is a Location & Studio Assistant based in Scotland. His most recent work is for Coldwater (Series 1) on ITV.

WILL is a Unit Manager based in London, South East & South West. He also owns his own 4x4 pick up. Most recently he has been ALM on “Pierre” for Channel 4.

we’re excited to announce that we have teamed up with to bring you a networking event like no other!

And when we say “networking event,” we mean a relaxed and informal get-together for Scotland’s location crew from Marshals to Supervising Location Managers (SLMs) to connect, share job opportunities, and enjoy a drink together in Glasgow City Centre.

Far too often, industry events are London-focused, leaving Scotland’s incredible location professionals without the same opportunities to meet, collaborate, and crew up. We’re changing that!

MOLLY is a Location Marshall but has also worked as a Runner & Art/Production Assistant since graduating in 2022. He most recent credits includes an Apple TV show “Andersons”.

On Saturday it’s our 3rd Birthday! 🎂
(We made it past the 30% of startups fail within three years goal!)

Thanks to all the people whom have joined us along our journey so far from those freelancers whom have joined our talent crew, attended one of our training days or online sessions or just picked up a flyer! We are trying to be there to support fellow freelancers at whatever stage and also offer advice and support for filming on the move. Last week we exhibited at our largest event at the RTS Careers Event in London. Thanks to the other organisations like , & whom we love working with!

We have a long way to go to get recognised for what we do but with small steps week by week we are getting there. Of course some things fail and we change direction but it’s the learning that counts. Thanks to our Company Secretary Kirsty & Michelle for all their support throughout!
