Throwing it back to one of Princess Catherine’s most elegant winter looks: the rich emerald-green Catherine Walker coat, beautifully finished with a cosy Troy London faux-fur collar. 💚 She first wore the coat during the Waleses’ 2020 tour of Ireland before giving it a festive revival at the Together At Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey. This time, she added extra sparkle with her Robinson Pelham Tsar Star diamond earrings and Gianvito Rossi suede knee-high boots. WILLIAM & CATHERINE IN ROTHESAY 🏴

William and Catherine spent the day in Rothesay celebrating community, volunteering and island life, while also highlighting conservation causes close to their hearts. 💚

Their visit began in Rothesay, their namesake town, where they stopped by Bute Shinty Club to meet youth and senior players and learn more about the traditional Scottish sport of shinty.

The couple also took part in activities showcasing the importance of protecting the local environment and supporting community-led initiatives.

Four years ago today, on September 19, 2022, the world gathered to bid a final farewell to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. 🕊️👑 Among those honoring her were the Prince and Princess of Wales and their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. At just eight and seven years old, George and Charlotte faced an incredibly emotional and lengthy day with remarkable composure and dignity. ❤️ Their presence became one of the most touching moments of the historic occasion. Four years on, the memories of that solemn day remain deeply etched in history.

Did I think I’d be posting two Catherine side-by-sides today? Absolutely not! 😂 But when Kate playing field sports in fabulous designer outerwear happens, you simply have to appreciate the fashion-meets-sporting throwback!

In 2012, the then Duchess of Cambridge showed off her hockey skills in a chic tartan look, bringing plenty of energy to the pitch. Fourteen years later, in 2026, the Princess of Wales swapped field hockey for Scotland’s traditional shinty during the Waleses’ visit to the Isle of Bute. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Different sport, different decade, but the same unmistakable Catherine determination — and, apparently, a love of playing sport while wearing a statement coat! 😂🤎
