Six long years since their latest offering, Swedish occult rock masters Year Of The Goat return with their fourth studio album, entitled Trivia Goddess, slated for release on September 12, 2025 via Na**lm Records!

Following the opening installations of the band’s album trilogy, the award-winning “Angels Necropolis” (2012), and the much-acclaimed “Novis Orbis Terrarum Ordinis” (2019), Trivia Goddess ventures off on its own unique detour. Inspired by the most harrowing moments in women’s history, Trivia Goddess sees the Norrköping, Sweden-based dark rock collective delve deep into the stories of real women, devalued as the lesser s*x by churches and by men of a petty god, rising up against the real structures of evil in the world, in true Satanic fashion.

Shortly following the release of the first single “Alucarda”, “The Power Of Eve” arrives alongside an official music video, produced by Finnish renowned, award-winning filmmaker Sami Mustonen. Cut to the radio edit of the song, the video features immersive sets, evocative choreography, and striking visuals, amplifying the ethereal nature and power of YEAR OF THE GOAT’s masterful songwriting.

New Haven, Connecticut's hard blues rockers Bone Church share a raucous first single taken from their sophomore album "Deliverance", to be released on October 24th through Californian label Ripple Music.

Their forthcoming sophomore album "Deliverance" is Bone Church’s boldest step yet into the heart of classic and hard rock: an album built on big hooks, anthemic songcraft, and the kind of radio-ready swagger that would’ve ruled the airwaves in 1977. Written primarily in 2019 and 2020, this record trades their debut's doom-laden expectations for soaring, blues-soaked riffs and sing-along choruses. "You’ll still hear the Sabbath influence, but you’ll also hear ZZ Top, the Allman Brothers, Santana, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, to name a few. These songs are meant to be sung along to," says lead guitarist Dan Sefcik.

Lyrically, Bone Church remains steeped in their signature themes—apocalyptic visions, Luciferian power struggles, and the eternal battle between light and dark—but this time, they balance the weight with raucous tales of life on the road and the pure, uncomplicated joy of rock ‘n’ roll. "We’ve juxtaposed those heavy themes with lighthearted fun as well. We didn’t want this record to be all doom and gloom. Overall, we think it’s our best work yet," he adds.

"Deliverance" is a thunderous exorcism, a Molotov cocktail hurled at the gates of genre. Bone Churchnever bowed to the rules, and now? They’re torching the rulebook entirely. Crank it. Howl along. This is their reckoning and it's coming this fall on Ripple Music!

Superseed crashed into existence in Bristol, England in early 2017, a four-man juggernaut fueled by the twin-engine roar of singer-guitarists David Edgar and Ben Taylor. Backed by the thunderous pulse of Matt Colley on drums and Keith Bowers’ bass laying down a filthy groove, this hard-rocking wrecking crew delivers a sonic gut-punch that demands attention.

Weaving a gritty tapestry of hard rock muscle, garage-punk snarl, post-punk edge and a stoner fuzz haze, Superseed channels the raw energy of MC5, the desert groove of Queens of the Stone Age, the doom of Black Sabbath and the snarl of the S*x Pistols into a sound that’s all their own: massive riffs, killer hooks, and melodies that stick like na**lm.

Since their self-titled debut album Superseed dropped in 2019, they’ve torn up stages across the UK, leaving a trail of sweat-soaked gigs and festival triumphs. Now, Superseed are gearing up to unleash their next beast, Tremor, via Savage Magic Records on Friday 1st August 2025. Cooked up in their DIY garage studio, Freq Factory, this album promises to crank the intensity to eleven and solidify their reign as face-melting rock renegades.

After the album We Cannot Awake (2024), which was highly praised by press and fans, Vibravoid manage to top this masterpiece in their 35th year of existence with their new album Remove The Ties, out September 26, 2025 on Tonzonen Records.

Although the band has for years steered clear of the terms they themselves popularized and which have become inflationary today, such as Psychedelic and Kraut Rock, Remove The Ties is probably the best Neo Psychedelic album of the last 25 years.

With ease and free of any signs of wear and tear, the Düsseldorf band has succeeded in creating a album that, between short pop songs and psychedelic escapades, shows that real neo Kraut Rock is not just the same old copy of Düsseldorf's Motorik sound.

Howling Giant take another huge step on their third full-length "Crucible & Ruin", a collection of sparking ideas, captivating melodies, and heavy riffing close to perfection - quite a feat of on-point songwriting for such a still young band! This is the band's first album to feature new fourth member Adrian Lee Zambrano. Although the guitarist and synth player arrived somewhat toward the end of the writing process, he was still able to add his mark with cool textures on the record.

The extra guitar certainly adds even more punch to HOWLING GIANT 's sound, which delivers a slightly more aggressive approach compared with predecessor "Glass Future" (2023). They even leaned into some raw band live takes to capture the emotion in the room. HOWLING GIANT hail from Nashville, Tennessee, USA, sidestepping the self-proclaimed Music City's assembly line of modern pop country while taking inspiration from the brilliant songwriters and virtuoso session players that keep the town's musical legacy burning bright. Fertile ground for a preeminent fuzz-psych power trio, now turned quartet, who consciously live in the pocket of that lineage!

HOWLING GIANT storm forward once more in defiant refusal to remain still. Having grown into a four-piece as well as in their prowess as musicians and songwriters, "Crucible & Ruin" is an album at least as big as their name. Don't take our word for it, just give it a spin – or two or three...

Mark your calendars for August 15th – Austrian stoner rock powerhouse Witchrider is back with a vengeance. Their new 6-track EP, METAMORPH, is a high-octane evolution of the band’s signature style: heavy, fuzz-laden riffs paired with brooding, catchy melodies and emotionally raw lyrics. It’s a sonic journey through personal struggles and visceral moods, all delivered with unmistakable intensity.

Breaking away from the more polished tones of their previous release Electrical Storm, METAMORPH leans into a rawer, more unfiltered sound. As frontman Dan explains, “It took several attempts and studio setups to capture the direct, raw power of the drums and blend them with our heavy guitars to build the wall of sound we had in mind.”

Formed in 2012, WITCHRIDER have built a reputation as a must-see live act. Their explosive performances and gritty vocals have drawn comparisons to early Queens of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters — and with good reason. The band’s chemistry on stage is undeniable, their sound unapologetically loud and emotionally charged.

After making waves with their song Bad Boy featured in the final season of the US hit series Shameless, WITCHRIDER is once again proving why they’re one of Europe’s most exciting names in underground rock. With METAMORPH, they’re not just back — they’re reborn.

METAMORPH tracklisting:
1. Witchrider - Used to be a King
2. Sound of the Presidents
3. Hold My Mind
4. Safe to Say
5. Wake me Up
6. Alive

Records, release date: August 15th, 2025.

White Tundra sign to the Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records family. These visionary heavy voyagers channel the raw power of nature into their music, blending crushing riffs, groovy rhythms and a deep atmospheric sensibility.

Emerging from the northern marshes, WHITE TUNDRA creates sonic journeys that drift across icy tundras and into shadowy forests. Their sound is a thrilling mix of 70s heavy rock and 90s stoner vibes, enriched by elements of doom, black metal and Nordic folklore. With influences ranging from Red Fang to Witchcraft and Skraeckoedlan, they deliver a truly unique and heavy experience.

After making waves with their self-titled debut album in 2023, which earned a place on the Doom Charts and widespread praise throughout the underground scene, WHITE TUNDRA are now back in the studio. The band is currently working on their second full-length album at AutumnSongs Recording Studio, with producer Rhys Marsh behind the console.

The band states, “We’re stoked to be part of the Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records family. This partnership marks a new chapter for WHITE TUNDRA and we’re excited to share the powerful new material we’ve been creating.”

Formed in 2018, WHITE TUNDRA has already released a 7-inch single, an EP, and a debut album through the local label All Good Clean Records. With a solid and inspired lineup now in place, they are ready to reach new heights and captivate a wider audience.

Insomniac coalesce onto our plane like a third eye opening into the beyond. A bouncing ball on the rhythm of the universe. An aural guide past the edges of perception. The band took form in Atlanta, Georgia, like-minded explorers of sound and mind writing songs in the frequency of the earth. Featuring members of Zoroaster, Deceased, and Avedissian Pickups, the quintet’s transcendent, mind-expanding psychedelic heaviness casts light on the magic and strange beauty balanced between unconsciousness and dreams.

Debut record "Om Moksha Ritam" takes its name from a Buddhist mantra, in which Om is the universal heartbeat, Moksha is freedom, and Ritam is the rhythm of the universe. It’s a brooding and enlightening journey, physical and abstract, towering and transcendent. Insomniac drift between this world and the next, hovering at the periphery of consciousness. REZN, King Buffalo and Dead Meadow are names that arise if trying to fit them into familiar confines, though it’s clear that fitting within confines isn’t really what they do.

"Om Moksha Ritam" is an album which needed to exist, made by a band formed through trust in cosmic harmony. Every trip is different. Every spin reveals another layer. Something new, unique, and incomparable resides here, and Insomniac, calibrated to the rhythm of the universe, release themselves into the ether, spilling back transportingly heavy brilliance in their wake.

INSOMNIAC "Om Moksha Ritam" out September 5th on Blues Funeral Recordings.

After nearly two decades forging a path through the heavy underground, Belfast’s Slomatics now return with Atomicult, their eight full-length album and first for new record label Majestic Mountain Records, due out on September 12 on digital, CD, and vinyl formats. Following their critically acclaimed 2023 LP Strontium Fields, Atomicult finds the trio operating at the absolute peak of their creative powers: heavier, spacier, and more mesmerizing than ever.

Produced by Rocky O’Reilly at Start Together Studios in Belfast and mastered by the legendary James Plotkin, Atomicult continues Slomatics’ cosmic journey through psychedelic sci-fi doom. The striking cover artwork by Ryan Lesserperfectly captures the scale and interstellar doom of the record’s sound and narrative.

Across their 20-year trajectory, Slomatics, comprised of Marty Harvey(drums/vocals), David Majury (guitar), and Chris Couzens (guitar), have carved out a sound that is unmistakably their own. Defined by thunderous riffs, soaring synth-laced atmospheres, and post-apocalyptic storytelling, the band has cultivated a loyal following through landmark albums like Canyons, A Hocht, and Estron, as well as acclaimed splits with Conan, Mammoth W**d Wizard Bastard, Domkraft, and others.

Atomicult pushes that vision even further. The use of vintage synthesizers adds rich, textural depth and reinforces the album’s distinct sci-fi aura, while Harvey’s operatic vocal melodies bring a rare grandeur and emotional weight. With their seasoned songwriting and boundless creativity, Slomatics continue to bend space and time through sound.

Slomatics - 'Atomicult' on Majestic Mountain Records 12th September 2025.
