Did you know that there is historic tram tracks remaining in South West Birmingham located in ? The Birmingham Corporation Tramways network ended in the early 1950s.
But before then passengers could get the tram from Central Birmingham to Rednal, then walk into the .
Today the closest bus route is the X20 (until a few years ago the 98), but the walk on foot up Rose Hill and Monument Lane could take around half an hour (or longer). The other bus routes to the area include the 19.
But the views at Beacon Hill are stunning. And the skyline changes over the years.
The Toposcope was a gift of the three Cadbury brothers: Edward, George Jr and Henry Cadbury in 1907.
