A little weekend reset 🌌

I had a fantastic few days in Brecon, Wales, staying in a log cabin and exploring more of a place I used to visit a lot when I was younger.

One of the highlights was a stargazing experience with Dark Sky Wales.

Sometimes it’s good to switch off from the social media world, step away from the screens and spend some time exploring nature instead.

My friend Markel Knight also managed to capture this incredible shot of the night sky 📸

Definitely came back feeling refreshed.

A lot can change in 13 years… 🎮

GTA V landed all the way back in 2013, and now we're finally getting closer to GTA VI.

Just think how different social media looked back then too…

TikTok didn't even exist. Reels weren't a thing. Instagram was still relatively new, short-form video hadn't taken over our feeds, and the way businesses used social media looked completely different.

Fast-forward to 2026 and social media has certainly evolved while we've been waiting… 👀

Which got me thinking — while Rockstar have been working on GTA VI, apparently I've been working on SocialMedia2Evolve: The Game! 😂🎮

After seeing the recent extended look at GTA VI, I'm interested to know what everyone else thinks…
- Has 13 years been too long to wait? ⏳
- What do you think of the graphics and gameplay we've seen so far?

How do you prefer to communicate? 👀

🎙️ A — Voice Notes
💬 B — Texts
📞 C — Calls

A big part of my job is communication, and WhatsApp is probably the main tool I use to keep in touch with my clients — but how they communicate with me varies massively 😂

Some are texters, some prefer a quick call, and some will happily send me a 5-minute voice note with everything I need to know!

Thinking about it, my friends are exactly the same. I've got friends who'll text all day, some who'll call me over the smallest thing, and others where I know I'm settling in for a long one as soon as I see that voice note come through 😂🎙️

Personally, I use a mixture of all three depending on what I need to say.

🐾 Happy International Dog Day! 🐾

A personal one from me today to celebrate two dogs that have brought plenty of happiness and memories into my life. ❤️

First up is my sister’s pug, Brucey — aka Bruce Wayne! 🦇🐶

The name came courtesy of my nephew when he was younger and completely obsessed with Batman… and Bruce Wayne has stuck ever since! 😂

The second photo is Tia, my childhood dog, who sadly is no longer with us. ❤️ I grew up with Tia and have so many great memories of her. It's funny how many little moments you remember years later and just how much a dog becomes part of the family.

So today is for Brucey, Tia and all the dogs that have brought happiness, companionship and plenty of character into our lives.

Life is simply better with a dog by your side. 🐾❤️

🤠 What a brilliant night at the Birmingham Dogs Home Country Festival!

On Saturday I had the pleasure of attending the very first Country Festival at Birmingham Dogs Home — and what a success it was.

There was fantastic live music, country artists, stalls, bars, food, a raffle and even line dancing… which yes, I did have a go at! 😂

The atmosphere throughout the evening was brilliant, but most importantly it was all in support of an amazing cause and the work Birmingham Dogs Home does.

For their first time putting on an event like this, they absolutely smashed it. 👏🐾

A massive thank you to Markel Knight for the invite — I had a brilliant night and I'm already looking forward to the next one!

Ever wondered what actually goes into creating a social media post for a client? 👀

Here's a little look behind the scenes at some recent work for a business in the children's social care sector.

It started with a simple photo from one of their days out.

From there, I:

💡 Came up with the content idea
🎨 Created a new branded design
📸 Turned the original photo into something engaging
✍️ Wrote the caption
📅 Scheduled it ready to go

And the important bit — I've now created a style that can be reused for future days out, giving their content a much more consistent and recognisable look.

That's what social media management looks like behind the scenes.

It's not just about finding something to post. It's about taking what a business already has and finding the best way to turn it into content.
