Which metrics you focus on for the next few months will depend on what your goal is:

Brand Awareness: you're going to focus growing your reach, impressions and followers.

Engagement: here you are looking to increase your reactions, comments, saves and shares.

Conversion: this could be about profile clicks, website clicks, even in-app sales.

Narrowing your focus on specific goals will not only help you understand which metrics matter but also how to create content that will deliver your desired results.

⭐️ Professionals are signing up to join LinkedIn at a rate of nearly 3 new members per second.

⭐️ There are 2.9 million groups on LinkedIn, which include industry and interest communities, company and university alumni groups, and professional associations.

⭐️ LinkedIn Live streams have increased 89% since March.

Logging off isn't easy to do! FOMO can be a real problem with social media, especially when it's for your business. But rest is an important part of any high-performance plan.

You'll know for yourself whether that means you can just put down your phone, or maybe set an app time limit in your digital wellness settings or if you need to delete accounts and apps to help you. No judgement here, I've been all these people.

Whatever you choose, telling people when you will or will not be available can help to settle your mind. Putting this info in your bio is a great tip for managing expectations.

I know there is still a long way to go before we're done with this pandemic and lockdowns but I'm very hopeful for the next year.

I also think... eventually... we'll be able to look back on 2020 and appreciate how much we resilience we have.
