A successful screening of 'Lost Harmonies' as part of the Opticsl Sounds short film programne .

I brought along some hand crafted bells to fill the room with sounds...

The Randhawa Story wins Best Unscripted by Allumni Awards.

The story captures the story from the Randhawa family who ran the Waldorf Cinema in Sparkbrook from 1970-1980.

The cinema showcased Bollywood hits, hosted celebrities and became a community haven.

One of the most important aspects in the making of this film was building deep relationship each contributor. , & moi spent two years getting to know the family, cinema goers and building owners, who then kindly let us film their story.

We are very proud that their contribution to Indian Cinema in Birmingham has been recognised.
