Home to: Black Mekon, Table Scraps, Swampmeat Family Band, Cherry Pickles, Health and Efficiency and Einstellung. Other bands such as The Temple St Resistance and Sofa King currently use the space and past residents include Victories at Sea, Copter, The Big Bang, The Castillians, Mills & Boon, The Courtesy Group, The Hungry Ghosts, Katastrophy Wife, Sally, Crawling Hands & John J Presley.

Recording Studio

As a recording studio it has given birth to all recordings from the likes of Black Mekon and Table Scraps as well as recordings from many of the other residents.
