It has come to the notice of the Organization that certain institutions and individuals, who were formerly associated with ALMA and World Book of Records, are unauthorizedly using and misappropriating the Organization’s logos, themes, content, designs, colour codes, and other intellectual properties 🧾 with the intent to mislead and create confusion among the public.
⚠️ Furthermore, it has been observed that certain parties are aiding, abetting, and facilitating such unlawful activities.
The Organization hereby formally declares and notifies that it shall be initiating appropriate legal proceedings ⚖️, both at the national and international levels , against all such institutions, individuals, and their collaborators, in accordance with the applicable intellectual property laws, civil and criminal statutes, and relevant international conventions.
Any such acts constitute a serious violation 🚫 of legal and proprietary rights, and the Organization reserves all its legal rights and remedies, including the right to seek injunctions, damages, and criminal prosecution as per law.

ALMA and World Book of Records is a duly registered entity in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 under international copyright and trademark laws and enjoys full protection under the provisions of the UK Intellectual Property Act 2014 and all applicable international intellectual property conventions.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, or alteration of its official certificates, font designs, content, or any other proprietary material, in whole or in part, shall constitute a direct infringement of intellectual property rights .
Such infringement shall render the offender liable to civil and/or criminal proceedings before the competent courts of the United Kingdom ⚖️, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and monetary penalties up to £100,000 , in accordance with the governing provisions of UK law.
