If a bike is categorised by the amount of travel it's got, then this can't be a trail bike. But if I ride it everywhere, and find that it climbs like a trail bike, and is fun on flatter trails like a trail bike, and that I like riding it like it's a trail bike, then is it really wrong to call it a trail bike?
Of course Marra descends and shreds like a DH bike, and trail bikes are typically 2Kg lighter, but let's not split hairs...

Reiver got the superstar photoshoot at .cc in Manchester last month.
I'm rather happy that this bike still looks so good after over 1000 miles of abuse in all sorts of filth. It's had hundreds of minor tweaks, a few bigger adjustments, and it's been a very useful and successful test mule.

Awesome holiday in Royal Deeside. Went back to because it was on our way to the Tomnaverie Stone Circle (I had to go there to sacrifice an e-biker).

Reiver is the perfect bike for a mix of everything. Heartbreak Ridge, Tarland Trails, and loads of miles on twisty undulating paths and the Deeside Way disused rly line. Haven't driven since we got here 5 days ago; life on a bike! 🚲😍
Thanks also to the brands that help Reiver to attract so many compliments and make it ride so good!
