Summer Fun on the longest day of the year!

The Bishop’s Stortford Business Improvement District (BID) is delighted to sponsor this year’s Carnival Parade and Fun Day on Saturday 21st June, organised by Bishop's Stortford Town Council

Join us in town from 9am to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the build up ahead of the Parade & Fun Day.

On behalf of the town centre businesses, the BID will be providing the following to further enhance this fantastic community event:

�Free face painting with Aga's Fantasy Faces
Florence Walk, 9am-1pm

�Steel Band
South Street, outside Waterstones/ProCook, various times from 10.15am

�Six roaming princesses with fun giveaways Enchanted Parties
Across the town centre, 9am-12 noon

Businesses will be getting involved too. Look out for themed breakfast menus, after party ideas for the evening and news of summer stock and upcoming events available in the town.

In the afternoon, you'll find us at the Fun Day on Sworders Field (look out for the BID stand opposite the bar� Host Catering). Discover more about the Bishop's Stortford Business Improvement District, the town centre businesses and what's on offer in the coming months. Look out for our Bubble Artist/Entertainer too!

And the cherry on the cake? In support of the event, East Herts Council has agreed to free all day parking in Northgate End car park. So come early, stay late and make the most of the longest day of the year �

The fantastic Hertfordshire Studios is bringing much needed entertainment to our town. As well as theatrical productions, Community Concerts, and Kids Comedy Clubs, there is also Bingo every week and now the famous Jongleurs Comedy Club is here in Hoddesdon!

Hello everyone, we need your help!🙏

Tomorrow, Scarlet in Blue group will be taking on a 1.5k muddy obstacle course in aid of her friend Imelda.

Imelda needs ongoing therapies that are not covered by the NHS and has undergone 15 surgeries at just 7 years old. Just4Children have helped to facilitate care for Imelda and many others like her.

This charity quickly earned a place in our heart, you may even have seen us previously fundraise at Poppet performances!
