Update 🥔 I’d just like to apologise about the delay in opening, plenty of problems emerged when getting to the bare bones of the spud van which are all well on with being rectified along with a full refit of equipment. A lot of the equipment was old and used and has been replaced with brand new kit! OFFICIAL opening date will be Monday 18th of September. We really hope you can join us for a spud. Apologies about the delay once again, I want things to be done right 😊

Quick update 🥔 We’ve received a lot of messages over the last couple of days asking if we’re open yet, the short answer is no. We are still waiting on bain-marie’s (should have been here Monday) and a couple of other essential bits and bobs. Will post another update over the next day. Thank you to everyone supporting us, have a great day😊

I’d just like to say a HUGE thank you for 500+ followers already! When I set this page up a couple of weeks back I thought it was going to be a hard slog building a following of spud fans but it’s apparent there’s no shortage! 🥔

MENU 🥔 We will be changing the menu as we learn what’s what over the next couple of weeks and we will have a specials board up each day. Please bear with us while we get to grips with everything. In terms of the products we will be using, all spuds and meat have been sourced from a local farmer, cheese from a local manufacturer of Lancashire cheese and all items on the menu will be homemade, not shop bought! BIG portions. We hope you enjoy😎

Starting to look slightly more spud friendly, new signs, wrap and deep clean this week, spud trial this weekend, all checks for gas and electric next week... then we’ll be live 😎🥔
