Next Wave brings one of the UK’s most exciting emerging music line-ups to Blackpool this September.

Running from 3pm–11pm, the festival celebrates a wide range of sounds, spanning electronic, punk, indie, shoegaze and beyond. This year’s line-up features Adult DVD, TTSSFU, Silverwingkiller, Bathing Suits, Holly Head, Formal Sppeedwear and Ladylike.

BBC Introducing described the festival as a “phenomenal line-up”.

Anddddd CUT 🎬 That’s a wrap.

Inertial Sounds will close and depart from Abingdon Street Market on 10/08/2026.

I’ll let the video do the talking but it goes without saying that I’m incredible proud and honoured to have had the pleasure of serving every customer that came through the door, to of hosted every event I have and to of met every person I have on this journey.

I’m confident it will be a while until a record store appears that builds the community we did in such a small space of time.
