The Igbo Concept of Ikenga, the "Agali Nambo" is the foundational precepts of productivity and resilience. It does not only exhume the aura of agility, diligence and Importunateness but also reminds us on the everyday need to persevere.

The Ikenga reminds us of the 7 "P" Concept which states that "Prior Proper Preparation Practically Prevents Poor Performance".

What is your handwork?

Ikenga also symbolizes (power to go n conquer) translates in English words as the power or authority within you to conquer in all fields of life.

The external representation of your chi(personal governing spirit) called ikenga talks about the internal representation of your Chi which is your Agwu (brain)🧠. It tells you that you can be a man of authority (staff ⚕️ of authority on the right hand of the Ikenga) if you can master what is in you head 🗣️ that is your brain(Agwu) (see ikenga holding the head in the left hand an art of mastering) and the mysterious face tells you that you a part of the mystery called the infinite and divine forms of intelligence the cosmos (Agwuagwu bu Agwu which is the Pineal Gland), you see it seating uprightly meaning you must be upright; a man of righteousness and more.

As it is within (Agwu), so it is without (Ikenga) as the balance of the two is the stability of one's Chi.

No shortcut to success as the ikenga states: Whatsoever your Agwu can imagine, the Ikenga manifests.
