How we will fund the Mk5billion constituency development funds, free primary and secondary school education, free health services, women and youth loans and other promises outlined in the DPP/AFORD manifesto:

1. Establishment of a lean cabinet.
2. Immediate relocation of some institutions that were moved to Lilongwe in order to eliminate rental costs and save billions of Malawi Kwachas
3. We will decrease the budget allocated to State House.
4. The K5 billion allocated to each constituency will help reduce the amount lost to corruption in the national budget by 30%.
5. We will cut unnecessary expenses, such as purchasing luxury cars, which the Chakwera government is doing, while many Malawians are living in poverty.
6. Through improved service delivery.
7. We will reduce the unnecessary travels buy government officials.
8. We will front load our foreign earnings in mining, energy, tourism and agriculture
9. We will renegotiate and restructure existing loans to free forex and cashflow
10. We will seek and secure financing facility with multilateral and bilateral partners. Already US$500million is in the pipeline.
