--- June 2025 pricing tweaks ---

As you've all probably seen around the studios, our pricing will be streamlined in a couple of days time.

The main change is that weekends will no longer be classed as "Off Peak" times. We are reverting back to weekends being classed as standard rehearsal time.

Our discounts are bigger and more useful than ever before though.

👩‍🎓 Student ID -------- 5% discount
🚑 Blue Light Card --- 5% discount
🏫 Under 18 --------- 10% discount

You can mix and stack up to 4 discounts per session (1 per paying member) for a max discount of 40%. This will apply after calculating any rehearsal duration discounts, and is available any time in the week.

We've designed our pricing and discounts so that they improve equitability. We're aiming for rates as fair as possible whether you're rocking out as a solo musician or as a full band.

*Valid student cards / blue light cards / IDs needed to claim discount.

Howdy there all - we want to build some fresh new bands out of thin air and give them a hour long rehearsal for free once we complete a lineup.

Faith in Humanity PSA

We would like to thank everyone for the reactions, messages of support, shares, and solidarity last night. We're so grateful for this, and we do still hope that what has been borrowed makes it's way back to it's rightful place.

We have some heartwarming news to share though. A member of our community saw our post last night and has since donated an Xbox One, and a copy of Skate 3 to the studio. This was such an unexpected and considerate gesture and we're so, so thankful.

We are honored to have such a kind, passionate, and caring community at the centre of our little studio. Today, it's shown once again, that compassion always outshines malice.

A quick security PSA

We'd like to ask the person who has borrowed our white Xbox One and blue Xbox controller from the front entrance of the studio to please return it to the place from which it was borrowed at your earliest convenience. (There's also a quite sentimental copy of Skate 3 which I've had since it was released inside the machine too).

The police have been notified, and we've got full CCTV of the event, but we'd much rather this is sorted in a more gentlemanly manner. We'll give 2 weeks amnesty for it to be restored to it's rightful place before we escalate.

We're a small business, and what might seem something small that we could easily replace is in actuality a big setback for us. It makes the unnecessary extra bits that we love providing much harder to do and something like this really hurts the atmosphere of trust that we've nurtured for over a decade.

With hope that the right decision is made.
