Congratulations to one of our regs, Leazes who not only opened today for TheEnemy, The Pale White and The Rifles at Time Square, but then hurried across town to play The Newgate Social's battle of the bands final and won a spot on the main stage at Hardwick Festival! A great set of lads who work hard and are achieving massive things!

Just a quick announcement to say that we will be closed this coming Friday and Saturday 20th and 21st of June, due to other commitments for Nathan, Keith & myself.

It's not often that we do this, however, the stars have aligned with cancellations this week and rather than trying to split the time between us, we have opted just to close instead whilst no one is due to be in. We have however, waited until today to make this decision, just incase anyone came in at short notice, in the hope to cause as little inconvenience as possible.

We do however, still have a 6pm-8pm and 8pm-10pm slot available for booking on Thursday 19th, as well as any time betwen 11am and 6pm or after 8pm on Sunday 22nd of June.

Next week however, we currently have limited availability for peak time slots (6pm - 10pm Monday - Friday) and would recommend anyone looking to book in for next week to get in touch now as we're almost full.

Just a quick note to let everybody know that we’ll be closed this Saturday (the 31st) due to staff holidays. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your understanding.

If you're keen for a weekend practice, we’ll be open as usual on Friday and Sunday, so feel free to book in then.

Just a quick message to say that as I am away to Slam Dunk Festival in Leeds, there may be some delay in getting a response from our page.

Nathan is covering the studios for any prearranged rehearsals already in our diary, however due to the bank holiday, Sunday was looking quiet with most enquiries coming in for Monday instead. We believe this to be in part due to many going to Slam Dunk Festival in Leeds and Into The Fields in Blyth this weekend.

With that in mind, earlier in the week we made the decision to close on Sunday 25th of May. For this reason responses may be delayed and slowed depending on signal, but Gina and I will endeavour to get back to you ASAP.

The studios will reopen at 5pm on Monday 26th of May.

Any customers needing to contact us tomorrow, please leave an answer phone message or send a direct message to the page, any cancellations will be taken based the time of any message left or received.

SHORT NOTICE AVAILABILITY

If anyone is after some short notice rehearsals this week we have some availability. Over the weekend there has been a little shuffle around of some of the bands, which has now opened up the 8-10 slot tomorrow Tuesday 13th of May and on Thursday 15th of May also at 8-10.

To all our customers, in the last 24 hours it has been brought to our attention that the spine road A189 between the ASDA roundabout and Three Horse Shoes (Horton Road) roundabout is subject to closing between 8pm and 6am.

Supposedly this work began last Tuesday, 22nd of April, however we had not seen any signs of closure until last night when it was brought to our attention. Having checked on the works last night, it appears that the ASDA roundabout is still accessible for going straight over to Bebside at which point you can then head south on Horton Road to rejoin the A189 at what was the Three Horse Shoes pub. The works are due to be ongoing until Saturday 10th of May.

Please be aware that if you choose to go out via Bebside, there are 4 way control traffic lights for roadworks leading to the entry of Furness Bank in Bedlington resulting in considerable time waiting for them to cycle through.

Alternatively, customers can find their way in and out of the town via the Laverock Hall Road A1061 and coming through the south of the town. Please be aware that there are ongoing roadworks currently throughout the town which could add to delays.

Dear customers,

As many of you most likely are already aware, as we have been consulting customers in regards to this for the last 4 weeks, we regret to announce that due to increasing costs we have been forced to accept that a raise in the price per hour is unavoidable.

From Monday the 31st of March 2025 our hourly room hire price for the studio will increase to £18 per hour. Our cymbal hire cost will remain at £1 per hour. Use of our cabs, amps, etc will continue to remain within the cost of the room hire and we will continue to provide free tea and coffee for users of the facilities.

We thank customers for their continued patronage as we continue to try to rise out the current economic challenges of this decade.

FLASH SALE

We have a couple available slots tomorrow evening 6-8 for any bands that are looking to squeeze a practice in at a reduced rate of £13 per hour, due to the short notice availability. For folk who might want to come in on their own and have a bash around on the kit or let rip on their guitar, we will further reduce this rate to £10 per hour.

We also have slots on Friday (for those in relationships that are daring 👀 and for those who are flying solo), we're reducing these slots to £13 per hour.

We still also have available slots on Saturday and Sunday at our regular price of £16 per hour. We are full Wednesday & Thursday between 6pm and 10pm.

We have amended our hours for the Christmas period, this has been due to a combination of demand and illness during the Christmas period. We are open today until 6pm and will be open for a small period tomorrow evening 8pm - 11pm for bookings.

After that we will be closed until Monday the 6th of January.

To all of our customers past and present, we hope you all have had a great Christmas and look forward to welcoming you all back in the New Year! All the best for 2025!
