I want to give a Massive Welcome Back and Thank You to both Harvey Crossley and Stephen White who will be reprising their roles as Andrew Myers and Jeffrey Taylor in FINAL REPORT, they are joining Nicholas Reed, Stephen Reed, Robin Cattani, Laurence Reed, Jacqueline Reed and more to be announced for this swan song to the Object Saga.

Hello Everyone, Nicholas Reed Here.

I Just wanted to go through a structural Update on how the Object Legacy is panning out as the Feature Film will end up different as originally intended.

So let’s go through the original plan and how it has changed. Initially, the story that is in this Feature Film was two different stories (Listener Short Film and Object Sequel) which I thought mid way through the intial production, worked better as one longer film. As the two plots are very closely linked. Then an added plot with our secondary villan, Nathaniel joined the story. All was going well. Until the NickeRMel crash of 2017, where I threw in the towel at the time as it was becoming harder and harder to get people together to finish the original vision of the film, as well as my mental exhaustion taking a deep towl on me. And I took the cowards way out and walked. 2023 rolls around, Steve White, Legacy’s Lead, had approached me to help make his film, Memory Remains, and it got my mind thinking again as to how the hell I was gonna come back and fix what I had left unfinished.

The Object Legacy. The ReBorn Version as I like to call it, will not be as I originally intended, some actors either couldn’t or didn’t want to come back to finish the film, and i don’t blame anyone but myself on that behalf. However, I got to work on figuring out how to finish this film that was already 2 hours long and still had gabs, so I came up with the flashback narrative which we also used in The Business Man, and we got to work trying to finish this film, filming new scenes to fill the gabs, fixing old scenes that weren’t working or we had lost footage when I lost a harddrive.

So this is the new structure of the Film and watch to expect for the film.
Prologue: A brand New Opening with Mr. Myers and the mysterious Frost.
Act 1: Joanna’s Story (Listener) - with Jack and Myers Flash Forwards.
Act 2: Andrew and Jeff’s Story (Legacy)
Act 3: The Aftermath (Everyone’s Ending)
Epilogue: The Birth of a Warrior - Jack Harpers Chapter that will lead directly into Final Report.

Well. There you have it. A little incite into how this movie was and now is going to be. I hope you are looking forward to this closing Chapter for many of the characters of the Saga we have created. A few more may pop up again in Final Report for one last goodbye, that that will be the beginning of a different story.

A story of Heroes and Monsters, Angels and demons, god and the devil, and a secret order that keeps us away from the horrors of the night…

CONTENT UPDATE - NickeRMel Video Update Out Soon

Just a Quick Rundown on what we are currently working on over here at NickeRMel Pictures.

FEATURE FILM: The Object: Legacy
Re-Shoots are well underway with Myself, Stephen Reed, Robin Neil J Cattani, Stephen White, Laurence Reed, Natalie Howard-Dace, Jacqueline Reed as well as Gareth Stone and Elliott Crossley Briefly making cameos to shoot the Films Ending. There’s still more to go, with the roles announced and a few actors secretly already being cast, but the announcements will happen once the scenes are filmed. I’m aiming for a Christmas 2025 release in some form or another, so we shall see how far we get with my most ambitious Film to date.

SHORT FILM: Memory Remains
Filming is going Extremely well on Steve’s first directed film, Memory Remains, this man continually surprises me with how most of a well oiled machine this production has become. Dave Brewer, the second writer of the film, now has a cameo, along with Alex Grant and a few others I won’t spoil for you, joining Steve, Myself and Anna Maria for the cast of the film.

SHORT TO FEATURE FILM: FINAL REPORT
Originally intended to be a Short Epilogue to Object Legacy and the Saga as a whole, Final Report has taken a life of its Own and I will be thrilled to share more about this film when the time is right. I’m just so excited to blow the doors wide open on the Warriors Order as this little world of mine gets some well deserved lore, perfectly setting up my bring project: WARRIORS.

CASTING CALL UPDATE! [The Object: Legacy]

THE ROLES OF THE DOG WALKER, THE LATER WORKER AND NOISY NEIGHBOUR HAVE NOW BEEN CUT DUE TO THE LISTENER STORYLINE NO LONGER MOVING FORWARD.

These Characters May come back at some point as I may reboot the LISTENER STORYLINE with a new cast much later down the line.
