Booked two days before travel, I quietly packed their bags loaded the car and told them we were getting up early the following day for a fun day out ✈️

Earlier this week, clients of mine were diverted mid-journey due to a sandstorm in Morocco🇲🇦

Flights rerouted.
Landing airport - 3/4 hours away

My clients didn’t panic 🚨

They didn’t sit on hold to a chatbot 📱

They messaged me and I had everything in hand

✅ New transfers rearranged
✅ Hotel called to advise of late arrival
