*** IMPORTANT - Covid-19 update ***
Naturally we have been inundated with questions from worried brides and grooms about upcoming events later this year.
To clarify our position, and to ease as much stress for you as possible, we will aim to honour any bookings where you have been advised by the venue or are acting on the government's most recent advice to re-arrange the date, providing we have availability. We will work with you on this.
Please check with us in the first instance if your new date is available. Should it be free, we will transfer you to a new date without any additional fee.
Please note however, that should you choose to cancel your event of your own accord without following up-to-date government advice or your preferred date isn't available, our standard T&Cs apply which means you will not be entitled to a refund on your deposit. Your wedding insurance should be there for this purpose and should be your first port of call.
Where it is possible to re-arrange dates, your full balance will be due 4 weeks before the NEW date. We will never ask for payment on the original date, despite this affecting our cashflow. We are here to help you as much as possible.
For events that go ahead as planned, your balances will still be due and our T&Cs remain the same.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We will, as usual, aim to respond as quickly as possible. Please be respectful that we both have full time jobs and are subject to the same changes as everyone else. We will, wherever possible, aim to help and accommodate you, however this business is our livelihood so please work with us to find a solution that works for us all.
Wishing you all the very best as we work together to get through these unprecedented times.
