From production roles in studios, to out on location, our panel share how they got their foot in the door, what they learnt on the job, and the advice they wish they’d had starting out. Whether you’re fresh out of college or looking to pivot into screen work from another industry, this session offers real-world insights into what it actually takes to begin a career in the film & TV industry and stay in it.

Step into the world of immersive storytelling at this special evening of networking and conversation, hosted by Manchester-based xR specialist and former BBC R&D Producer Rob Scott. As Lead organiser of VR Manchester, Rob brings together creators, thinkers, and enthusiasts for a night of shared discovery.
