At **23 weeks**, surgeons carefully brought the baby partially out of her mother’s uterus, removed about **90% of the tumor**, and then returned her to the womb so the pregnancy could continue. The procedure was extraordinarily complex, and at one point the baby's heart stopped before the team successfully stabilized her.

Lynlee remained in the womb for another 12 weeks and was eventually delivered by C-section at **nearly 36 weeks**. She became known as the baby who was **“born twice.”** ❤️
