Brain science of what’s going on:

This image is an example of an ambiguous illusion — a picture or object that requires perceptual switching between the alternative interpretations of figure and ground. And although you may be able to switch back and forth to see one image or the other, your eyes will not let you see both at the same time.

Our visual perception is created by our brain’s interpretation in the cerebral cortex of visual information entering through the visual pathway. Our minds get actively involved in interpreting the perceptual input, rather than passively, objectively recording it…please remember that next time you have a strong disagreement with someone. You may both be facing the same exact reality but “seeing” it in different ways!

Search for your ideal clients on Instagram.

You can search for people on Instagram via different categories; ‘top, accounts, tags and places.’

Try searching for people under a hashtag that is relevant to your business, for example – ‘ ’.

This will not only bring up people who are looking for marketing help, but also people offering it.

TOP TIPS FOR RECORDING YOUR VIDEOS 🎥

Recording videos for your brand, whether live or pre-recorded has now become part of normal life. 📽

Items that you should have to help you with this that I use and found very effective are:

TRIPOD - to hold your camera still and make sure there is no wobbling. It also makes sure the camera is straight.

RING LIGHT - Even the best light in a room can suddenly change if natural light is affected by the weather or time of day. So a ring light will ensure you are brightly lit, visible and engaging t your audience.

AIRPODS- These are great for when people are talking to you so you can hear them well and very discreet on camera.

QUIET SPACE- Make sure where you film is away from hustle and bustle and noise so that you get any interruption or get put off easily in the middle of your presentation by a noise.

RELAXED ATTITUDE- Make sure before any presentation you are up to date with all your notes, what you will be presenting and you feel nice and relaxed. If you are friendly and organised, then your viewers will also get this vibe from you as well.

BE PROFESSIONAL- Drink your cup of coffee or eat before you go live. Look polished and well-dressed to give the right impression for your brand.
