It’s time again…my business development tip for you this week is ‘grow the accounts you already have’.

Your current clients trust you and value the work you are currently providing for them. You know their business and can see their challenges and potential. So it makes sense to:

👊🏼 Continue to deepen your relationship with their business through consistent check ins where you can offer valuable information to them.
👊🏼 Spot their additional needs - understand their challenges and any gaps evolving in the business to see where you could offer additional support.
👊🏼 Think upgrades not add-ons - better support not additional options, makes your offering undeniable.
👊🏼 Show them their progress - let them see what has been achieved and where they can further develop.
