Charlotte and Christina, co-founders of Soror Pro Consulting, are building a small but mighty female-led business with a big vision: to grow meaningful connections, empower ourselves and others and support causes that uplift women. Partnering with Smart Works Leeds is a natural fit as they’re doing incredible work helping women across Yorkshire prepare for interviews, build confidence and step into new opportunities.

We’ll be gathering at thestudio..., a contemporary events space in the heart of the city that’s designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, perfect for a morning of meaningful connection and purpose.

Charlotte's back from an 2 amazing weeks in France and feeling like a new person! 🇫🇷✨

Between horse riding 🐴, paddle boarding 🏄, and getting through 3 books 📚, I’ve had the chance to slow down, recharge, and soak up the sunshine. I've even learnt most of the words and dance moves to the K-Pop Demon Hunter songs too, thanks to Lucy, who turned 7 whilst we were away! 💗

The best part? We could keep things ticking over for our lovely clients at Soror Pro Consulting while still making space for adventure and rest. 💻💡

Feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready for everything the next few months have in store 💪✨

Today, I’m trading strategy sessions for stadium lights and taking my daughter to see BlackPink, her favourite band in the world. Her excitement is contagious and her smile reminds me why balance matters.

𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝓒𝓲𝓻𝓬𝓵𝓮 is centred around a shared mission: to create space for women-led businesses and startups to connect, collaborate, and thrive, so it makes perfect sense that we teamed up with .

Smart Works Leeds dress and coach unemployed women across the whole of Yorkshire for interview and job success. They offer a career coaching service to all women who need help getting into work and when a client has an upcoming interview, they find them the perfect interview outfit, and offer tailored coaching to prepare for the role. Once clients have secured a role, they receive a capsule wardrobe designed for their new job. Over two thirds of the women they support get the job. They are currently fundraising to move to a brand new women’s centre, where they hope to support up to 100 women every single week.

Amy Harrison, Philanthropy Lead and part of the 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝓒𝓲𝓻𝓬𝓵𝓮 team…I am thrilled to work with the team on this event. Smart Works’ supporters are made up of women and allies who know what it feels like to lose themselves, their confidence, to feel out of place or unsure in the workplace, to be unemployed, or be going back to work after time away. Our supporters love to lift women up, see them succeed, and help us make transformational change for women, their families and local communities. 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝓒𝓲𝓻𝓬𝓵𝓮 is about you finding the people who can lift you up and support your business, and by coming along you will also be supporting our mission to be there for local women who need us.
