Optimising PFA workflow through consistency and purposeful mapping.

What does effective PFA strategy look like in persistent AF?

In this live case from *Breaking Barriers in Persistent AF: Delivering Results That Last*, Andreas Metzner and Joaquin Osca Asensi explore procedural decision-making during persistent AF ablation.

With abnormalities identified in the left atrium and posterior wall, the team reinforces the strategy of combining pulmonary vein isolation with posterior wall isolation.

The case then moves into the left superior pulmonary vein, using FARAWAVE™ in basket configuration to support catheter positioning, mapping and ablation delivery.
