4🥄 spoons of oat bran
1🥄 coffee of yeast
1🥄 cinnamon powder
🍶yogurt

With the yogurt, mix everything well then put in a frying pan with a little olive oil or coconut oil, pour the preparation and let it cook over medium heat on both sides and enjoy your meal

ps. If you want more quantity, just double the recipe and sugar is optional or honey is up to each person's taste

eggplants in the oven with chicken

🍆5 eggplants cut the eggplants into slices and put them in water and salt a little
🧅1large onion
🧄5cloves of garlic
🫑300g mix of peppers
🍄‍🟫300g sliced ​​mushrooms
🍗500g shredded chicken

sauté the onion with olive oil and garlic, then the chicken together with the onion , and finally the peppers and mushrooms after everything is sautéed, in a pyrex with olive oil we put the eggplants and the other prepared layers ,until finished then we finish with slices of cheese and put it in the preheated oven until golden

pomos na água e sal um pouco
🧅1 cebola grande
🧄5 dentes de alho
🫑300gr mix de pimentos

refoga a cebola com azeite e alho depois, a galinha junto com a cebola, e por fim os pimentos e os cogumelos depois de tudo refogado , pomos as beringelas e o outro preapado as camadas, até acabar depois finalizamos com fatias de queijo e vai ao forno pré-aquecido até alourar

"Oatmeal and Chia Bread (No Flour)
Ingredients 🍞:
2 cups rolled oats 🌾
1/2 cup chia seeds 🌱
1 1/2 cups water 💧
1 tablespoon olive oil 🛢️
1 teaspoon salt 🧂
1 teaspoon baking powder 🍰
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the oats 🌾, chia seeds 🌱, water 💧 and olive oil 🛢️. Let it rest for 10 minutes until the chia absorbs some of the water.
Add the salt 🧂 and baking powder 🍰, stirring until a dough forms.
Tip: The dough should not be liquid; if necessary, adjust with a little more flour. oatmeal.
Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing. It goes great with jams or cheeses!"
