AD: A non toxic home swap that’s been a long time coming!

I’m not the only one that has noticed the difference since using the Tappwater shower, literally the whole family! I would always have to blag my littlest to wash his hair BUT he has officially said (and I’m making note of it) he likes washing his hair now, because the water doesn’t sting his eyes 🙌🏽

Love it when there’s an easy non toxic switch and kinda wandering why I waited so long!!

This last week has had wild energy! I don’t know maybe it’s just me? But so many things have happened, the best thing is I don’t feel phased by it. I have this excited buzz because there’s some amazing bts stuff going on right now that is sooo cool. Feeling very grateful for the incredible humans I have in my life ✨

It’s national breastfeeding week so I had to share ✨ I would be lying if I were to say it was a breeze, the beginning was most definitely not! I remember the first ever latch, the sore ni***es, the mastitis with my second and the constant niplash with my third. BUT I also remember the comfort, the connection and the moonlit feeds. It was the most rewarding, magical experience I have been lucky enough to do for all three of our baby’s and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Mamas, never be afraid to nurse in public, if people don’t see it, it’s will never be normalised ❤️

It’s been a week, in between lots of content and life admin we managed to soak up some sun and much needed vitamin sea. Affogatos have been keeping me going, the bathrooms finally out of its building site era and we’ve been filing ourselves up with the plums from the tree and never ending sprinklings of bee pollen!!

Happy August! Hope last month was kind to you ✨
