At some point
you stop trying to “burn as much as possible”
Because that phase
keeps you stuck
You start training with intention
Better form
More control
Actually pushing yourself
Not just ticking a workout off
Because being sweaty and exhausted
doesn’t mean it worked
And that’s when your body starts changing
“Tone” doesn’t come from doing more
