Meet The Rocque Paper Co. - Jersey

Earlier this week, we popped into The Rocque Paper Co. for a little print workshop for my daughter and INSTANTLY fell in love with the shop. It’s a treasure trove of beautifully curated craft products, handmade paper goods, and thoughtful gifts, all created or sourced from local makers

While we were there, I decided to order some personalised pencils for both of my businesses - and not only were they made so quickly, but she even delivered them to us while we were having lunch just around the corner!

It’s a truly special shop, run by such a warm and talented person. Creative, sustainable, and full of heart - everything I adore about supporting small businesses!

Instagram is about to change the way your content is discovered… in a big way!

From July 10th, your posts could start showing up in Google Search. That means more visibility, beyond your followers - without ads, hashtags, or searching inside the app

So what should you do now?
✨ Use keywords that reflect what your content is about
✨ Make your bio clear and searchable
✨ Keep it valuable - Google rewards helpful content

But there’s one essential step most people will miss:
Make sure your Instagram account is set to “Professional” (Business or Creator). This setting ensures your content is public and eligible to be indexed by Google

The essential bit:
✨ Go to your profile
✨ Tap “Settings” → “Account privacy”
✨ Make sure “Allow public photos and videos to appear in search engine results” is switched ON

What you need to know:
✨ This doesn’t replace traditional SEO - it’s a bonus channel
✨ Posts won’t appear instantly - Google still needs to crawl them
✨ Private profiles are not included in this update

I’ve always loved getting stuck into creative work, but recently I’ve been throwing myself into learning, and I’m loving every second of it 🤩

My new role at .co.uk has already taught me so much, and I feel like I’m growing every day (which is both exciting and a little bit scary in the best way!)

One of the new things I’m diving into is developing my photography and videography skills away from the iPhone, and I’ve even treated myself to a camera and haven’t stopped taking pictures!

Right now, I’m putting a lot of time and energy into learning and developing new skills, and I can’t wait to bring fresh ideas and services to Create Socials soon ✨
