NEP Europe is proud to have supported Workerbee in bringing Celebrity Bear Hunt to life for Netflix, providing advanced broadcast solutions in some of the world’s most challenging environments. From ground fires to torrential storms, our team of 30+ engineers delivered:

✅ RF camera facilities for seamless remote coverage
✅ 50 PTZ cameras with custom waterproof casings
✅ Mobile “Bear Pit” mini-gallery for real-time monitoring
✅ Secure, bespoke IP streaming for uninterrupted feeds

Tim Deacon, NEP’s Technical Project Manager, said:

Broadcast engineers and technical crew provided advanced RF technology, bespoke IP streaming and other custom-built media solutions for the Netflix reality series set in the Costa Rican jungle.

This week, we were delighted to welcome students from Ravensbourne University London to our NEP UK base in Bracknell!

During their visit, they had the opportunity to explore one of our state-of-the-art Outside Broadcast trucks, gaining firsthand insight into the technology that powers live productions. Our experienced engineers were on hand to answer any questions and the students took part in a practical demonstration on how to build a box lens camera.
