✨ Year-End Energy Reset for 2026 ✨

The end of the year is more than wrapping things up — it’s a powerful moment to clear space for what’s coming next.

One of my favorite tools for shifting energy before a new cycle begins is Access Bars — a gentle touch technique on 32 points of the head that helps release mental clutter, old patterns, and emotional heaviness.

As we close out 2025, here are three intentions to tap into during a Bars session (or even on your own at home):

1️⃣ “I release what no longer supports who I’m becoming.”

✨ Why Grounding Matters ✨

In a world that’s constantly buzzing, grounding brings us back home to ourselves. When we place our bare feet on grass, soil, or sand, something simple but powerful happens — we reconnect with the natural energy of the Earth. 🌍

Standing on the grass calms the mind.
Walking on the beach softens the body.
Touching the earth reminds us that we’re supported.

Grounding helps reduce stress, boosts clarity, and invites a sense of peace we often forget we deserve. It’s a gentle pause… a moment to breathe… a way to return to balance. 🌿

So today, go outside. Step onto the Earth. Feel its heartbeat.
Your body will thank you. 🤎✨

✨ The 5 Wounds of the Past — Part 3: Betrayal

The Betrayal Wound is born the moment trust is broken by someone we depended on — a parent, partner, friend, or anyone we believed would protect us.

It creates a deep inner conflict:
“I want to trust… but I can’t let myself be fooled again.”

This wound leaves us constantly scanning for signs that someone might disappoint us, lie to us, or abandon their promises. And to survive, many people develop the Controller Mask.

The Controller Mask shows up when we:

• Feel uneasy unless we’re in charge
• Struggle to let others take the lead
• Need to verify everything to feel safe
• React strongly to dishonesty or inconsistency
• Lose trust quickly, and regain it slowly
• Expect loyalty — and feel shattered when it’s not equal

On the outside, this looks like strength, confidence, leadership.
On the inside, it’s a protective shield built from moments where we felt powerless, deceived, or let down.

People with the betrayal wound often crave deep connection — but fear being vulnerable, because vulnerability once led to pain.

Here’s the truth:
Healing doesn’t mean trusting everyone.
It means trusting yourself to handle whatever comes.

It means recognizing that what happened to you wasn’t your fault — and that not everyone is meant to break your faith in humanity.

You deserve relationships where loyalty is natural, not negotiated.
Where trust is mutual.
Where honesty feels safe.

So often we face the question: Do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy?

To truly free ourselves from the weight of the past, we must learn to forgive. Yet sometimes, even when our heart wants to let go, we simply don’t know how.

Forgiveness isn’t about approving what happened. It’s about releasing the painful emotions we’ve been holding onto… the ones that keep us tied to moments that no longer serve us.

When we don’t forgive, we are the ones who continue to suffer.
When we do forgive, we reclaim our peace.

Let go. Release. Choose happiness. 🤍✨

It’s the 3rd supermoon of 2025, the full Cold Moon, visible on Thursday. The December full moon arrives with a gentle but powerful invitation: pause, breathe, reflect, and release. It carries the cleansing energy of completion — the natural exhale at the end of a long cycle. As the year begins to close, this moon helps us see what we’ve outgrown, what we’ve learned, and what we’re finally ready to put down.

This is a beautiful moment to honor yourself, your growth, and the woman you’ve been becoming all year long.

✨ The 5 Wounds of the Past — Part 2: Rejection

The Rejection Wound forms when we grow up feeling unwanted, invisible, or “too much” for the people who were supposed to love us.
It teaches a painful message early on:

“I am not enough as I am.”

This wound runs deep because it’s not just about being left — it’s about feeling like we shouldn’t even exist, or that our feelings, needs, and presence are a burden.

To cope, many people develop the Withdrawn Mask — a quiet, protective way of living where we:

• Pull away before anyone can push us away
• Keep our feelings locked inside
• Become hyper-independent
• Avoid being truly seen
• Believe intimacy is dangerous
• Assume rejection is coming, so we “disappear” first

From the outside, it looks like calm, self-reliance, or introversion.
But inside, it’s a heart constantly whispering:

“If I don’t show too much, I can’t be hurt.”

But here’s the truth:
Healing starts the moment we allow ourselves to be present, even when it feels uncomfortable.
The moment we stop shrinking and start showing up as our full, imperfect, beautiful selves.

You are not “too much.”
You are not “unwanted.”
You are someone who learned to protect yourself the best way you knew how.

And now, you get to learn a new way — one that welcomes connection instead of fearing it.

✨ The 5 Wounds of the Past — Part 1: Abandonment

One of the deepest wounds many of us carry is Abandonment — the feeling that love can disappear at any moment, that connection is fragile, and that we must work to earn our place in someone’s life.

When this wound forms, often in childhood, it doesn’t just fade.
It shapes how we attach, how we love, and even how we see ourselves.

To survive, many people develop what’s known as the Codependent Mask — a way of living where we:

• Overgive so no one leaves
• Silence our needs to avoid conflict
• Confuse love with self-sacrifice
• Fear being alone more than being unhappy
• Carry a constant undercurrent of “Please don’t go”

This mask looks like devotion, loyalty, caretaking… but underneath, it’s driven by fear — the fear that if we stop trying, we’ll be left behind.

The truth is:
Healing doesn’t come from holding tighter to others.
It comes from holding yourself.

When you begin to feel safe inside your own presence, love stops being something you chase — and becomes something you share.
