So proud to be part of this fraternity and so proud of all who make it the industry it is.

We were delighted to win for Best Publication in 2022 (hope they bring this category back soon) and equally enjoyed attending as guests last year. It's always an inspiring evening uniting as an industry and witnessing some of the incredible work and contributions from fellow colleagues and peers.

Over 12 years ago, October was the month I was hospitalised, a moment that completely changed my life. Fast forward 10 years later, I fulfilled a dream that didn’t happen in 2013 but finally did in 2023.

That same year, I was honoured with my first global award, recognised by Top50 Global Women in Sri Lanka for leadership in media.

For me this wasn’t just an award, but entry into a powerful global community spanning over 30 countries, thanks to the incredible founder, Dr Rajini Sulochana Segera . Now the UK Chapter of Top50 Global Women is here, and I’m truly honoured to be a judge this year. The awards take place on 8th November at the Marriot- Heathrow London, so if you’re free, come celebrate and connect with this amazing global sisterhood.

I can’t wait to meet this year’s winners and reconnect with the inspiring Top50 Global Women network.
