Kevin Costner and the producers of his film 'Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 2' are facing a lawsuit as a costume compnay claims they haven't been paid over $134,000 for outfits used in the movie.

The legal filings seeks more than $400,000 in total when you include damages and fees. This comes after chapter of Costner's western epic struggled financially in cinemas.
