Hope everyone is okay, well, and enjoyed the first Moroccan video 🇲🇦
I’ve been pretty busy over the last couple of days with my own personal work and career, but I wanted to share a tiny glimpse into a completely different world from my content creation. Last night me and my regional colleagues won an award at our national conference through successfully achieving amazing results through many financial and brand KPI’s.
As you guys know, I work incredibly hard to give you honest food reviews. I don’t take paid promotions or accept free invites because I want to showcase real, honest food reviewing content to my audience.
And a big part of that comes from the fact that, just like many of you watching my content, I also have a normal day job and work incredibly hard behind the scenes. That’s something I’m genuinely proud of.
Don’t get me wrong it would be an absolute dream to do content creation full-time one day. But right now, I’m still passionate about my own career while enjoying content creation, working towards my personal goals, and helping my team achieve our collective targets.
When you work as part of a team, it’s so important to follow your objectives, show leadership, and take accountability during the low points just as much as celebrating the highs.
I’m incredibly proud of my colleagues and everything we’ve achieved over the past year. I’m also excited for what’s coming because we’ve got an absolutely hectic period ahead of us this festive season! 😂
I normally keep my work life and personal life very private, but I wanted to share this proud moment with you just a little glimpse of the normal human side behind the content. The long hours off juggling personal work to provide for our families to then record honest content for our working class viewers.
Because again, I don’t really see myself as a “social media influencer”. I’m just a normal person, like many of you who watch my videos, who happens to love food, creating content, and sharing experiences.
I’m forever grateful for everyone who supports me, watches my videos, enjoys the content, and continues to follow the journey and I’m equally thankful for the people I work with every day my colleagues, clients, and everyone who has been part of my professional journey.
And finally… I have to say, some of those sales techniques you saw in the last Moroccan £100 Challenge video may have come from a little bit of experience from my day-to-day job… 😂😂
Celebrations with the team were definitely fun last night!
Now it’s time to crack on, put the work in, and get through this crazy final quarter both at work and on the channel. 👊🏆
