🎁 GIFT VOUCHERS — IMPORTANT UPDATE 🎁

Lovely people, this is one of those “boring but necessary” updates. ❤️

Going forward, all Indulge Body Treatments gift vouchers will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

I’ve recently received messages regarding vouchers purchased for Christmas 2025. Previously, vouchers were valid for 6 months, but I’m not able to extend expired vouchers by several additional months.

As a small independent business, I need to ensure that my policies remain clear, fair and sustainable. I completely understand that life can be busy and circumstances can change, but voucher holders are responsible for keeping track of their voucher and using it within the stated validity period.

Going forward:

✨ Gift vouchers will be valid for 3 months only
✨ The expiry date will be clearly stated on each voucher
✨ Expired vouchers will not automatically be extended
✨ Full gift voucher terms and conditions will be provided with all future vouchers
✨ Please keep your voucher safe and make a note of its expiry date

Thank you for understanding that these guidelines help me manage my time and continue providing the best possible service to you all. I truly love what I do and appreciate every one of you who supports my little business. ❤️

Over the next few days I’ll be posting some of the “boring stuff”… 😂

It’s not the most exciting part of running a business, but it’s information that needs to be addressed and followed moving forward.

I’ll be sharing clear information regarding:

🎁 Gift vouchers
📖 Booking information
🏡 Mobile & home appointments
❌ Cancellations & no-shows
💷 Deposits & payments

I’ve always tried to be as flexible, understanding and accommodating as I possibly can. However, I’m also running a business, and unfortunately that means I cannot continue to bend the rules or have my time taken for granted.

I’m only human. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. If an appointment is cancelled last minute, missed, or changes are made outside of the agreed terms, it can have a direct impact on my business and my income.

Being a small independent business doesn’t mean my time is any less valuable. ❤️

These policies aren’t being put in place to be difficult, and they’re not personal. They’re simply business boundaries that I now need to stick to consistently and fairly for everyone.

I completely understand that things happen — life happens! But I also need to be able to run my business properly and protect the time I dedicate to it.

So please take a few minutes to read through the upcoming posts and make yourself familiar with the information. 🫶🏼
