If you haven't experienced a Michelin Star Greek restaurant, then you HAVE to try .london
It's the first Greek restaurant to receive a Michelin Star in the UK and it's easy to see why it won this accolade.

It's set above London’s Borough Market, stalls, chatter, and that lively hum of people and street food.
But Oma is much more than street food.

Sharing small plates, clay pots and fish that tastes as fresh as if you were actually in the Greek Isles.

My one tip? Do not skip the dips!

I think I'm the last to know about the last one...
I've no idea why I haven't shared some of these with you until now. Especially the retinol combo as I know most of you will LOVE it. The eye cream is particularly good 👍🏻
AND the toner, but it seems that I'm late to that party, as it's already a best-seller.

☆1. I stopped product photography and I don't know why. I really enjoy it. I am also REALLY enjoying that toner!
☆2. Clearly the best thing I could be doing with my time. This makes me the happiest.

A romantic story about my unromantic husband.
My husband, also known as Aaron, finds romance a struggle. Or at least he thinks he does. He over thinks everything when it comes to romance, worrying it's not enough because he doesn't know how to be romantic. He'll explain to me all the reason why he didn't do the lovely romantic thing he thought of, then plan something else with a spreadsheet involved. Which then, of course, makes it very unromantic 🙈
Take our 10yr anniversary, for example. He booked us an amazing treehouse escape. Gorgeous 😍. Not enough? He brought champagne and a card along. Lovely. Not enough? He bought me an AMAZING sapphire ring. Unbelievable! But still, he panicked it wasn't enough. And in his panic to make everything romantic, he poured the entire bottle of bubbles into our hot tub!! 😂
We couldn't see each other through the bubbles and eventually had to stop the hot tub, get out, and dispose of the bubbles somehow!!
Fearing for my life and exhausted from trying to save the treehouse from bubble damage, I retreated to the hammock. Aaron, however, had taken this as his sign that he had actually done enough and managed to finally relax in his mess. See pic 7.

I wouldn't change a thing!! If he knew how wonderfully romantic he actually is, we wouldn't be sitting here today cracking up and reminiscing on all the hilarious memories we have of when he took it too far!

I can't believe I actually admitted the last one 🤦🏻‍♀️
I think I have some explaining to do...

●💦Setting sprays. I promote them because I totally think some (not all) work for certain makeup products and certain skin types, but for me personally, it's just an extra step I do t need. A hydrating spray for over makeup, now that is something I LOVE.

●🛌 Sleeping in my makeup? Obviously, not every night, but you can't tell me you haven't, on occasion, just crawled in to bed with your makeup still on?!

●🫓 N**e lipstick. There are so many amazing mood boosting colours out there. Why bother with a boring n**e 🤷🏼‍♀️

●🩹 Spot picking. I can't help it. In fact, I'm obsessed!

●💅 Nail biting. A habit I had as a child. I dont actually still do it, but my nails are so weak because of it that they dont grow past my nail beds without breaking.

●✒️ Mascara on eyelids? What can I say, I have small, hooded eyes, and the struggle is real! I'm only human.

●💉Botox. I wish I could say my skincare is enough. But in reality, Botox is something I think about a lot, and I don't think there is anything wrong with that.

●🖌Not cleaning makeup brushes! I'm talking about my personal ones and NOT my professional ones. Those bad boys are sterilised to an inch of their lives! But my personal ones, well, they get second child treatment.

🤩🤩 It felt blooming good to break down the perfect persona us 'pros' are meant to keep up online. We are all human, just trying to get by in the best way we can. I'm not perfect, and quite honestly, I think it would be exhausting to try to be.
