Bro Morgannwg Baby Loss Support Group Information Page Bro Morgannwg Baby Loss Support Group provides support to bereaved families in South Wales. The group is facilitated by trained befrienders.

We hold monthly meetings (first Wednesday of every month), befriending services and memorial events. We support families who have lost a baby at any point of pregnancy or beyond. We hold monthly support groups (first Wednesday of the month at Dunelm Bridgend (5.30-7pm) and Princess of Wales, Halls of Residence (7.30 - 9pm)) and annual memorial events. We also have a private Facebook group for bere

aved families where they are able to share their stories and support each other. If you would like to have access to this group page, please send us a message. The groups are run be trained befrienders and supported by bereavement midwives.

Halloween can be so hard when you are missing your baby.
You wonder what they would have enjoyed, what they would have dressed up as, what sweets they would have liked.
All you have is the what ifs.

As a parent the only candles
You thought of when this journey began
Were candles on a cake
Not a somber quiet flame flickering in remberance
You thought of air gusting from their little lungs while making a wish
Not grieving the breaths they won't take.
The light is not ment to take away the pain
It is to let you know they are seen
That your grief need not be hidden
And that your child is honoured

They are remembered
They are loved

Today marks the start of

A week to raise awareness of all types of baby loss and the support available for bereaved families and drive improvements in care.

We have had a busy start to BLAW.

Our beautiful ribbon display is now at Heathbridge Miners' Square, Kenfig Hill. It is also lit up pink and blue.
If you would like your baby included, please contact Bethanie David or ribbons are available from Pyle Library.

We also held our Wave of Light service at North Cornelly Methodist Church, a beautiful time to remember our babies.
