Today our beautiful film , ‘The Last Miner in the Band’ is released on BBC iPlayer All too often in TV we’re obsessed by celebrities or the gruesome world of True Crime but this is something different. It’s emotional, uplifting and about real people. Over the past 7 months we’ve been filming with some of the most dedicated characters I’ve ever met. The band isn’t a hobby it’s a way of life that preserves the heritage and community of Easington and the North East. Tune into iplayer and enjoy!

A visual feast this evening on at 7pm as we take a look behind the scenes as Queen Elizabeth II’s outfits are prepared for a special exhibition. and her Aunty Lottie visit the conservation studios in Windsor where the outfits are being prepared to go on display at the Kings Gallery, Buckingham Palace. Tune in tonight at 7!!!
