Two big wins in last Thursday for our drama series Dilemma - and we couldn’t be prouder. 🤩

The standard this year was incredible - bold, honest, deeply felt storytelling that reminds us why we do what we do. Awards like the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards keep raising the bar, challenging us all to make work that changes how people think, feel, and see the world.

Plenty of smiles in the studio this week.🤗🤩

Living The Green! So much more earthy than the average workday. Our strategy is all about our amazing employees leading the way and finding new approaches to belonging and community. We absolutely loved our community gardening day with as part of our Brighton and Hove City Council exercise initiative to walk more. What a fantastic way to connect with our colleagues and the Earth, whilst getting our all-important steps in! Conversations ran free and unguarded with lots of laughter. Magic beans.

This year’s Tilt summer party celebrations coincided with the Swedish Midsomer. So we bought on the maypole dancing (thanks Dan), the Schnapps and the summer baking, before heading down to Brighton seafront with the lovely lot at . What a beautiful evening.

Tilt’s film crew was out in force for a four-day shoot, filming season two of our Netflix-style drama for one of the ‘Big 4’. The series explores the delicate balance between personal challenges and ethical dilemmas in the workplace.

Multiple locations, numerous takes and lots of footage = some very tired people; but the preliminary edits are looking sweet!
